Chapter 13 - The winds that bring change Part. 2 ...

A few more months have passed since the moment that the "curse" of Shendu and Kora's son is over.

Everything about him changed after he woke up from his consciousness. He is now a child that anyone could say was "normal". And although blind, that did not stop him from trying to prove to himself and others that he could be like any "normal" person.

Mufasa as we know is a human who was reincarnated in another world with all his past life memories. If he didn't have the memories of what it is like to have vision, he could even be content with his situation.

But he knows that if he cannot change this, then he cannot really have peace.

Thus, making him have a very strong inner desire to have vision again!

But what do you mean, having vision again? Well, he believes that since this is a different world than his, which contains characteristics of those worlds of cultivation, it would not be such an absurd idea to have a vision again. Right?

They say that it costs nothing to dream ...

And that was the only thing he could do anyway ... dream.

A few months ago he started to accept this new life. He knows he still has a long future ahead of him and does not want to waste his life on victimism.

So he swore that he will get what he wants or he will die trying ...

He knows that he was not born a long time ago, but he seems to be very developed for his age. Strange, right?

From then on, he had begun to suspect that he was no longer human. But the moment he started feeling with his own touch and also touching to feel his parents' faces, that suspicion fell to the ground and turned into confirmation.

He was no longer human!

He's a beast-man now!

He could feel that his skin had small hairs covering it. His ears were now big and looked like a cat's. His mouth was large and had pointed teeth and small fangs.

His nose and jaw were projected a little forward. His hands were not so foreign to him, except his nails, which, although small, were sharp. He could also feel that he could retract them in and out.

Her small body, which looked like that of a six-year-old child, was also hairy. He was happy to know that his body was bipedal.

Feeling it, he thought he looked like those known Lycans.

He thought that was strange, too. According to animes he watched and even some manga he read, the beast men were cute beings that, unlike humans, would only have animal ears on top of their heads and small cute fangs ....

But he was a kind of fusion of man with animal, more animal than man, this animal being a lion to be more specific. He knew this because his parents told him.

I must say that he was briefly frightened by this information. But as his life is now full of mind-boggling surprises, he began to have a quickening acceptance of things around him.

And after accepting it, he even liked not being human anymore. Maybe being something totally different from what it was could be a pleasant experience to live. It would be like discovering a hidden side of yourself.

Another surprise was to find out that he now understood what his parents were saying and also anyone around him!

Not only that, he can also hear sounds much better than he has ever heard!

He could hear nuances of sounds more clearly. He imagines that this would be normal, since he is no longer human.

Unfortunately he is blind. Perhaps your vision would also be incredible ....

His parents were very frightened by the fact that their son, who never spoke a word in his life, was able to talk to them in a fluid way. This could be normal for any child his age, but not for Mufasa, since he had never practiced speaking, it would not be possible to learn to speak overnight without having practice in life.

Mufasa's parents could have questioned him about this surprise, but they were too happy with their son's return. So, these details could easily be ignored.

In time, the village learned that Mufasa was no longer "cursed" and that he even appeared to have a much higher intelligence than children of his age.

He could be known now as a genius, but he just could.

Since there was a child in the village who was much more genius than him and that child was ...

Mulam! The beloved by nature ...

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
The months go by ... Mufasa is close to turning three. More and more he is getting used to his new body. He also got used to his situation and accepted the love and care of his new parents ... even though he thinks this care is excessive.
He knew he could need care for being blind, but he never comfortably accepted them.
He never knew the world outside where he lived, the village.
His parents, even if they don't know it, were limiting him. Whatever Mufasa would try to do they thought he would need help.
The only time he had space to be autonomous was when he "played of statue" every day in the back of the house.
The leaders' residence was large, had several areas and its funds were a kind of garden.
As it was a calm place, you could hear the sound of the leaves of the trees moving in the wind, the smell and the softness of the grasses at your feet.
He could also hear the sound of small, happy birds singing over the garden. It was a peaceful place. And being peaceful, it was good to meditate.
His interest in meditating has been growing lately because when he is in a state of meditation, in a way, he can visualize the world around him.
So he believes that the possible solution to his problem lies in meditation.
In fact, you couldn't even say meditation anymore, but "cultivation" now.
Mufasa can now feel a strange energy that can connect with the ground around him. This was possible after that strange event that made him feel that there was a core of energy within him.
And that energy is also around you. He doesn't know what to call it ... He could call it ki, or chakra ... But it doesn't matter.
He believes that if he can feel these things, then possibly the inhabitants here would also feel and know what it was.
And for him there would be no one better to answer him than his own parents...
