"Bai Tan? What's wrong?" Wu Fan asked as he and Chen Jing ran to meet Bai Tan.
The Shapeshifting Blanket stopped before them and descended on the ground slowly before it carefully unwrapped itself around Wu Yuan, revealing Wu Yuan's figure. Chen Jing and Wu Fan were surprised, for Wu Yuan had no injuries on him. Thus, they became puzzled because of Bai Tan's action of wrapping Wu Yuan tight. But, their hearts didn't settle either since they knew that Bai Tan wouldn't do something as meaningless as this, wrapping Wu Yuan for fun.
Thus, Chen Jing and Wu Fan know that something must have happened to Wu Yuan. "Return to your homes first!" Chen Jing told the crowd who wanted to see what happened to Wu Yuan. But, with Chen Jing's warning, they didn't dare disobey and immediately left since they knew that the Chen patriarch wouldn't harm them, much less deceive them.
