After a good few minutes of her hugging me, she let me go, and I looked at the blonde haired kid. Kushina seeing me look at her kid said " Oh! This is my son Naruto!" After hearing her say that I thought ' So, Kushina is alive, and Naruto has a family. Is he the Jinchuriki, or not?' After thinking that Naruto walked up to me and said " Hey! I'm Naruto Uzumaki! Can we be friends?"
I smiled at him and said " Yeah! I'm Sasaki. Nice to meet you." After saying that we talked for a bit, but then we left because we had to go to the academy. On the way there Kushinka said " I still can't believe it's been 6 years since he passed." Kushina then said " Yeah… I miss Minato, but I'm glad that he didn't die in vain, and was able to do it."
Kushinka had a shocked face and said " That's great! So, he was actually able to split it?" Kushina nodded her head and said " Yeah, one part is in me and the other part is in my little Naruto." After saying that she messed around with Naruto's hair, and continued walking. I picked up on what they were saying and thought ' So, Minato is gone, Kushina's alive. By the looks of it Naruto has Kurama in him, and the other part is in Kushina. I wonder what's going to happen next? Lee able to use chakra? I shouldn't jinx it.'
After thinking that we made it through the busy streets of Konoha headed to the academy. We eventually got there to the academy and when we got there, there were people already there standing in front of a stage, with adults here and there talking to their kids. We walked towards the stage and when we got close enough Kushinka got to my level and said " I have to go, so be good to the instructor. Also, after you get back home you and Naruto should meet at the house, we're going to have a talk."
I nodded my head and then Kushinka left. I looked over at Naruto and it looked like Kushina said the same thing to him. I walked up to him and said " What do you think that's about?" Naruto thought for a second and said " I don't know." After that the kids were told to stand in lines in front of the stage and Naruto and I lined up in the same line.
After that there was a poof of smoke on the stage, and out of the smoke came Sarutobi Hiruzen the third hokage. He looked at us all kindly and then he did a speech about the will of fire. I thought it was a good speech, and by the looks of it, it fired up other people too. After the speech was over, the chunins that were behind the hokage came up and started calling names to follow them to their class.
I was called along with Naruto, and the clan heirs to a chunin that looked very familiar. He looked up at everyone gathered in front of him and said " My name is Iruka and for these next six years in here I will be your Sensei. Alright, Follow me" After he said that he turned around and we followed him into the academy.
