Tae-Joon stopped his car in front of the Jiang mansion and walked over to help her with the door.
She was now dressed in her clothes. "Thanks for today," Ann said without meeting Tae-joon's eyes. She still felt very much embarrassed by her earlier action.
"It was fun spending time with Ava," Tae-Joon said with a small smile, making Ann smile in return.
"You're no longer angry about earlier?" She asked, wanting to be sure.
"I wasn't angry, just surprised by what you did. I don't like surprises much," Tae-Joon told her quietly.
"You should start getting used to surprises then... Ava is full of surprises," Ann said and kissed his cheek before trying to walk away, but he drew her back almost immediately and held her close to himself.
"Will you love to go with me to a dinner party? One of my business partners is celebrating his birthday tomorrow, and I would love for you to be there by my side," Tae-Joon said, looking into her eyes.
