Tae-Joon, who was dressed to leave for work and was heading to the dining for his usual coffee breakfast with his grandfather, paused by the dining when it occurred to him once again that everything had changed, and he now had a full family.
He had thought they would all sleep in due to jet lag, and he could leave before they woke up, but he had obviously thought wrong. Unlike the usual breakfast of coffee, he usually shared with his grandfather every morning, Melanie was setting the table for a full family breakfast, and the others were already seated.
"Good morning, bro! You should hurry. Mom made the breakfast, and trust me. Her meals are the best," Melvin greeted with a grin.
Tae-joon's heart skipped a beat as he looked at Melvin. The scene before him seemed so normal and ordinary, yet there was nothing remotely ordinary about it. What if all of this was a dream? What if he got used to it and then lost everything? Tae-Joon wondered.
