Chapter 1 - Prologue

The Chamber of time was a truly beautiful place. It was a large several story castle perfectly crafted by the finest architects who ever existed. Gold from Buckingham palace gated the palace and the walls were made from the stones of the great pyramids. However, the most eye-catching piece was a clock tower in the center made from materials known to no mortal, said to be the source of the lord of time's power. It was a shame, the most beautiful palace to ever have existed was hidden. Secluded outside the brink of time. Only accessible to a few beings given special permission to move to the Lord of Time's domain. So you can imagine the surprise when there was an uninvited guest.

System// An unidentified player has entered the chamber of time

A muscular man dressed head-to-toe mesmerizing pitch-black armor emerged from seemingly nowhere armed with a pitch-black battle-ax attached to his broad back. He casually strolled to the glimmering gold gates and knocked to be let in. Guards bearing the symbol of Sigag immediately met the intruder brandishing spears and ready for a confrontation.

" Remove your helmet and identify yourself," yelled the captain.

The unidentified guest calmly removed his helmet and let his long night-black hair fall to his shoulders. His skin was tan with piercing red eyes that seemed to glow a crimson even in broad daylight. He flashed a devilish grin which twisted his noble and handsome features into something malicious and cruel.

"My apologies for the scare gentlemen, I probably should have made a reservation before coming here but I still expect to be accommodated nonetheless," he commented coolly

"You-You're Anord," one of the braver guards stuttered nervously. There was no mistaking it, the man standing before them was Anord, the god of Chaos and the youngest child of the All-mother the god of reality.

"Yes, yes, I'm Anord god of Chaos lord of darkness, blah blah blah, Can we skip the monologuing. I'm running a tight schedule and I need to meet with Father Time," states Anord dismissively

"His name is Sigag, the god of time and if you don't have a meeting then you must leave. Guests like you are not welcome in the palace of our lord, Sigag. Begone at once!" exclaims the captain.

As soon as those words escaped his mouth the guard instantly regretted it. Anord turned to face him, his eyes glowing blood red in fury. Without a word, he reached and pulled out a pitch-black battle-ax that seemed to be emanating darkness. Before anyone could react he lunged at the guard, cutting him in half with a single strike.

System// Captain of the time soldiers was slain

"Now unless there any more objections I would like you to take me to Sigag, is that clear," Anord stated.

The terrified guards silently opened the large doors and lead the god into the mighty castle. The guard journeyed through a massive hall at least a hundred feet tall. The walls adorned with different clocks, big, small, red, blue all ticking at a different pace.

Finally, they reached the throne room door made of near-indestructible marble decorated with a giant clock symbol. The captain twisted both of the hands toward the twelve and the mighty door creaked open revealing a majestic throne room. Sitting lazily on a jewel-encrusted throne in the center was a well-built man over 30 feet tall. Dressed in pearly white robes lined with pure gold. His pale while skin starkly contrasting with his black beard and his eyes glowing a blue as deep and uncaring as the sea itself.

He looked up lazily and suddenly snapped his head up like a Doberman at the sight of a treat. His eyes flaring to life at the sight of his younger brother.

"Anord! What is the meaning of this? What in the All-Mother's name are you doing here." Sigag exclaimed.

"I'm sorry my lord, we couldn't stop him he was much too strong for the likes of us to deal with. He murdered the captain in less than a second" a guard exclaimed.

"You murdered the captain?" Sigag asked furiously

"My apologies brother, but I have something to discuss with you."

"To what do I owe the displeasure," Sigag remarked coldly as he sat back down

"I think you already know," Anord commented, "I might not be blessed with the power of prophecy like yourself but I think I have a good idea for what the future holds."

"My patience is growing thin, explain the reason for your visit or be tossed out on your armor-clad hide," said Sigag

"It is our sister Milae goddess of space, the all-mother is giving her more and more powers. Her control is growing more and more into your domain, I fear she is trying to usurp your throne," Anord exclaimed.

"Nonsense. Milae could never hope to usurp the All-mother. She would be plucked from reality like the runt she is and erased from the very fabric of existence itself." Sigag stated

"Unless she has the god slayer. You know as well as I that it is still around and if it is Milae will know exactly where it is," replies Anord casually." and with it, she can kill you and take your power. With all that power and the god slayer I fear she could become the next All-Mother"

There are few things that could actually inflict damage upon a gods. Ancient monsters created by the all mother herself, other gods, and other beings of equal power. Humans never had a chance, no matter what weaponry we made none of it had any hope of harming a god. Until 1683 when a man by the name Charles Mann created a weapon deemed the God Slayer, the all-powerful weapon. In the hands of a human it could cut gods. However, in the possession of a god, I threatened to permanently upset the balance of the universe.

"Why are you telling me this, what is your gain," Sigag questioned

"Simple. It will be no fun to watch if you're completely unprepared. I want to see a good fight. It is much more entertaining," Anord proclaimed matter-of-factly.

Sigag's eyes were glowing deep blue with fury. He silently rose to his feet gripping his staff with a fury. "I am not going to be a pawn in one of your twisted games. I refuse to start a war with my own sister so you can watch the god descend into chaos. Anord, if you're lying speak now or face my wrath. I can promise a painful demise." His voice and tone alone were enough to make most of his soon-to-be opponent's quiver like cold puppies and re-evaluate their life choices.

"You dare threaten me," exclaimed Anord as he gripped the hilt of his ax. Not even giving him time to respond Anord drew his ax and lunged with terrifying speed and ferocity. Anord was fast, however, the lord of time was much faster.

Sigag parried almost lazily and launch a counterattack that sent Anord crashing through the marble doors. Anord excavated himself from the door and rabidly lunged again quicker than the previous attack. However, as soon as his feet left the floor Sigag tapped his staff on the ground.

System// Sigag used skill: Eternity Prison

Before he knew it Anord was frozen in time, encased in a single moment unable to speak, think or move. Sigag walked calmly towards Anord, a small smile etched on his lips. "As much as I would love to keep you here as my trophy the I'm sure the all-mother would throw a fit. So take this as your last warning. If you ever try to rope me into one of your mindless games again I will personally wipe your name from time itself."

SIgag broke into a wide grin as he tapped Anord with his staff. He watched with satisfaction as he released Anord and the impact of the staff made him fly backward like a ballistic missile Through the castle doors and out of the castle of time.

The impact of the attack forced Anord back into the time stream. The force and speed of the sudden re-entry lit Anord ablaze as he plummeted through the air at terminal velocity. He soon collided with an uninhabited planet hitting it so hard he left a crater the size of the coliseum. Despite the damage sustained from the fall, Anord hopped up. The few injuries he sustained mending themselves in seconds.

That probably could have gone better, but I got what I came for. Now it's time to sit back relax and let the fun begin, Anord thought to himself. He chuckled and began the long journey back to his kingdom.

Meanwhile, Sigag sat back down in his throne room eyes grim with worry. While his brother was never known to be the trustworthy type his information had made sense. If the Godslayer had existed then the Goddess of space would most definitely know where it is. If Milae had the god slayer there was no telling what she could do with it. If she decided to usurp his throne she could take his powers and potentially attack the All mother, which was a war that could have the entire universe descend into chaos. That was unacceptable thought Sigag. He pulled a golden scroll from inside one of the pockets of his robe and chanted the incantation scrawled inside

System// Sigag chanted the summoning incantation. Sigag summoned Minolust.

Golden lines appeared on the floor in front of him slowly forming as if being traced by the hand of God himself. Once the incantation was finished the lines connected forming intricate shapes. The glow of lines turned blinding and all of a sudden disappeared replaced only by a kneeling man.

"You may rise Minolust,"

The man did as he was told. While not as big as his superior Minolust was certainly an intimidating individual. He was about 20 feet tall with a barrel chest and sturdy arms the size of pythons. His jaw wast wide line with a curly beard that was the envy of most men in this world. But despite all his muscles and hair his most intimidating feature was his eyes. They were electric blue and manic constantly moving lime a rabid animal waiting to pounce at any moment. He was truly a man people would try to avoid altercations with at all costs. For his strength though unspoken was clear as day.

"Minolust I need you to find the god slayer," Sigag explained."It is a matter of life and death so I need it quickly

"Do you have any idea where it might be?" Minolust asked hesitantly.

" The god slayer is a conscious organism and a powerful one at that. It can move freely through time so it could honestly be anywhere, I trust you and your men can find it."

"Yes s-sire," Minolust replied hesitantly as he slunk off.

Once Minolust left Sigag's mind was at ease though timid Minolust was one of the apostles of time his power was undoubtedly amazing. No one could stand in his way.
