Bracing ourselves for combat, Lepricus, Obitiga, and I began clashing with the enraged Gavon. It was a constant back and forth, consisting of dodging stars, dagger and sword clashes, and flying arrows. Through all this, it seemed like we never made a single scratch on Gavon. Eventually, exhaustion began to kick in for each of us, as we started running low on essence, to fuel our skills. Looking back you could still see both Sirisa and Temti doing their best to heal the others. While Gixoh tried to fend off the stars we couldn't stop.

"We have to end this soon or we won't make it any further."
[Twilight]
"I agree, but I have no potions and I'm running on the last of my essence. What about you do you have any?"
[Obitiga]
"No. I'm in the same boat as well."
[Twilight]
"This is all I have."
[Lepricus, as he pulls out a small blue potion]
"I can see if the others have any, but I think you should take it Twilight. Since your final blow is all that matters."
[Lepricus, handing the potion over to Twilight]
"Yeah, I'll do my best to support you while I still can."
[Obitiga]
"Okay."
[Twilight, as he begins consuming the small blue potion]
With my essence at least a little replenished and Lepricus on his way to hopefully acquire more from the others. Obitiga and I began combat once again.
S.Y. 650 Muro 13 5:12 L.Q. - Inside the Shrine of Greed, amongst the others
"Is he almost healed yet? I can't keep fending off these stray stars forever."
[Gixoh]
"Just give us some time. It's not like we can speed up the process."
[Sirisa, steal trying her best to heal Rion with Temti]
"Well hurry either way."
[Gixoh]
"I wonder if they're doing okay."
[Temti]
"Me too, but if they haven't come running for help they must be..."
[Sirisa, as something strikes her in the back]
"...They must be what?"
[Temti]
"Sirisa?"
[Gixoh, as the essence within Sirisa's eyes begin to fade]
"What happened!?"
[Gixoh, in a panic]
"I'm not sure."
[Temti]
[Sirisa's body falls forward revealing a dagger in her back.]
"It looks like I found some nice prey."
[Stranger]
With us still, in the midst of a battle against Gavon, my mind began to wonder. If the forsaken were one Guardians themselves then would it not mean my mother may be one as well. The thought itself began angering me, causing the rage I had lost to re-emerge. This caused me to make a lot of sloppy mistakes. If it wasn't for Obitiga it would have been much worse. The damage I took left me weak, and with not much essence left I was unsure of what to do. Then suddenly I began to feel cold.
"Are you okay?"
[Obitiga, worried]
"I'm not sure, I guess in my state of anger I messed up."
[Twilight, as he began to shiver]
The ground around Twilight began to turn black.
"What's going on with you?"
[Obitiga]
"I'm not sure…this is the first time anything like this has ever happened."
[Twilight, as he slowly goes numb]
Suddenly there was this flash of light and though the room was already pretty dim it went pitch black. With the others already out of view, Obitiga was unsure what to do. Then there was this sudden screech and the room relit. A dark flame had appeared above Twilight, not only that but what seemed to be claws had now replaced his hands.
[Twilight making a low pitch growl noise]
Are…Are you okay Twilight?
[Obitiga approaching in curiosity]
As Obitiga reached out to touch the unfamiliar Twilight, he attacked. It seemed as though Twilight himself was no longer there attacking Obitiga until he was near the brink of death. Then turning his sights on Gavon. Due to the change, it didn't take long for him to defeat Gavon. Moving faster than his stars could be thrown, he was taken down with ease. Once defeated the light above twilight began to fade and his claw-like hands began to return to normal. Twilight then fell unconscious.
Just as the previous Forsakens he had defeated, Gavon began to fade away. Turning into this Gold like essence which was then absorbed by the now semi-unconscious Twilight.

"What happened??"
[Twilight, as he looked around]
From what I could tell I was no longer in Gavon's shrine. I was now in a place of white, unsure how to describe it any other way.
"You are not ready just yet my child."
[Strange Voice 2]
"Who's there?"
[Twilight, Confused]
"You will meet us all soon."
[Strang Voice 1]
"What do you mean?"
[Twilight]
"Let us send him back."
[Strange Voice 3]
"Can you keep him from changing just a little longer?"
[Strange Voice 2]
"For my chosen, I will try my best."
[Strange Voice 4]
"Thank you."
[Strange Voice 3]
"Wait, someone explain what's happening…"
[Twilight, as everything slowly fades back into normal]

"Uhhh what was that? That's never happened before."
[Twilight, to himself confused]
"Obitiga! Obitiga!"
[Lepricus, trying his best to help the near-death Obitiga]
[Twilight rushes over to the two]
"What happened!?"
[Lepricus, frantic]
"I'm not sure, what about the others, where are they?"
[Twilight, still in a slight daze]
"They weren't there when I arrived."
[Lepricus]
What do you mean they weren't there?!
[Twilight, confused]
"Exactly what I said, no one was standing behind the pillars. All that was there was a couple empty potions and Sirisa's potion bag."
[Lepricus, a little aggravated]
"What happened to them?"
[Twilight, worried]
"Who knows, I'm hoping Sirisa just took everyone outside for more room to heal. We have to hurry and get Obitiga to her."
[Lepricus]
"Here in the meantime give him these. They were left after defeating Gavon."
[Twilight, as he runs around grabbing the loot from Gavon's defeat]
"How'd you do it alone?"
[Lepricus, as he and Twilight carry the unconscious Obitiga]
"I'm not sure I was hoping to ask Obitiga, but it will have to wait."
[Twilight]
