The night had fallen when Ann Nolan drove over and went to a bar with Jasmine Yale.
Being the weekend, the bar was even buzzer than usual. As soon as they stepped in, the blaring music and noise hit them.
The lighting was dim, with red and green lights weaving together.
Jasmine found them a spot and sat down, quietly humming along to the songs being played in the bar.
Ann took off her coat, ordering some fruit and wine.
"Ann, it's been so long since I've been to a bar. Have a few extra drinks with me tonight, just don't drive," Jasmine cautioned.
"I want to drink, too. Come on, let's drink."
Ann poured Jasmine a glass of red wine and filled one for herself as well.
The rich red liquid flowed down the clear glass walls, glistening like ruby under the lights, striking to the eye.
The scent of wine filled the air!
The light shone on Jasmine's pretty oval face, adding a hint of allure to her usually pure features.
