He knew her all too well.
"Let go." Ann Nolan glared at him, her eyes falling upon his broad, strong hand.
His hand was still gripping her arm.
He was right, she wouldn't tell Grandpa about these trivial, chaotic matters.
He had her temperament totally figured out.
"Have lunch together?" Zaiden Santos looked at her, "Grandpa wants us to come over today, so I came to pick you up."
Ann Nolan furrowed her brows: "I'm not hungry."
"Hungry or not, you'll accompany me there."
"Don't worry, I will." Ann Nolan spoke indifferently, "Has Grandpa loosened up about the Santos Family matter?"
"Before the new year, he handed me the financial district project in the East Suburb. Once I finish this project, he might loosen up."
"Financial district project? That project is quite challenging and time-consuming. Many in Landon have attempted it but all have failed. Zaiden Santos, can you complete it?" Ann Nolan sneered.
