"Who's trying to frame you?" He asked making her frown.
Noah had suddenly gotten a call that there were a group of reporters in his neighboring hotel room and he was suggested to stay away from there by his men. The reason they were there could not be any clearer.
At first, he thought that Adriana would handle the situation well but later he received some interesting news. Apparently, Adriana had paid someone to tell the reporters where she is staying, knowing he stays in the neighboring hotel room. It was being said that she did it on purpose to catch his attention.
The more he thought about it the more ridiculous it sounded to him. When he saw Aria's reaction he was even more sure Adriana did not do it on purpose. She would never use her own daughter like that.
His ultimate guess was that she was being framed. The one who had informed him of this was Chris but he said he heard it from rumors going around the company. Since he couldn't find the source of all the rumors he needed to ask Adriana herself.
"Frame me?" She questioned.
"Yes, apparently you created this scene to….catch my attention." He responded.
Adriana wanted to laugh but the realization that this was done with purpose changed that. This means her daughter had to experience this because someone wants to scheme against her. They really love to provoke her, don't they?
"I have an idea of who it might be." She answered.
"That person is…?"
She parted her lips to speak but then she closed her mouth. "I can handle it."
"Fine, I'll let you handle it but I need to know who it is since it concerns my company's reputation."
"Alright, I'll tell you who it is if you promise to let me handle her."
"Alright." Noah agreed.
When Ralf finally arrived and made sure it was all cleared up Adriana took Aria inside their hotel room and put her to sleep again.
"Cal Aderson will be able to help you in this situation, Ma'am," Ralf suggested.
"Take me to Cal since I have no other choice," Adriana told Ralf after leaving Caroline with Aria in the hotel room.
A few minutes later they arrived at a real state company.
Adriana called the person she came to visit and she was led to the person's office. Ralf stayed outside the office while she went inside.
She placed her purse down and crossed her arms.
Cal glanced at her with a bored expression. He clasped his hands together and placed them on the desk, he then asked, "What brings you here?"
"I need an apartment. I need extreme security the best kind that you have." She told him. He sighed in response.
"That's going to be hard, one of the Preston's has something against you at the moment." He shrugged.
"Cal dear who are you so afraid of?"
"I'm not afraid of no one. Calm down, I will get what you need but you have to get me what I need." He stood up and walked towards a small locker, he opened it and took out a large binder.
"Go through them and choose which one you want. They have pictures and descriptions it's very detailed too. Now, what I need is…."
"If it's about what you offered last time, please note that I'm not going to sleep with you. I have a family and I'm not interested in you." She interrupted.
"I know, that's exactly why I offered that contract to you. But hey! Don't worry I won't bother you with that anymore. I want something different this time." He picked up the Rubiks cube on the side of the table and smirked.
"I'll protect your children and you in this state for as long as you want if you can get your sister to divorce my brother. He's sucking up her family's power to get the heir position and it's getting on my nerves."
"Oh…." Adriana chuckled. "That's easy. Thank you for this I'll call you when I choose and make sure the Preston's don't find out where I moved.....actually make sure no one does." Adriana stood up with the binder in her hands. "I'm only staying here for a little bit longer anyway."
"What do you mean easy? I get that your sister is loyal to you but why would she divorce her husband for you, damn that's extreme." He had a frown on his face.
To think this woman would go to these extremes to get what she wants. It creeped him out a bit.
"You don't have to worry about my methods, just do what you promised." Adriana then left his office knowing Caroline already had the intention of divorcing her husband.

"Good morning sis!" James greeted Aria.
"Are you feeling much better?" He asked.
Aria nodded with a bright smile on her face.
"Sis, I have an important mission for you." James started with a serious expression on his.
Aria turned serious and she made a small fist with her hands.
"I checked the weather for today and it's a bit colder than usual. When the weather changes so quickly like this…"
"...Mommy gets sick easily." Aria finished his sentence and James nodded.
"That's why I need you to make sure she wears appropriate clothing and that she stays healthy." He explained.
Aria gave him the cutest most determined face he had ever seen. He blushed lightly and added, "This is a very important mission."
"I understand brother. Don't worry I will make sure mommy doesn't get sick." She lifted her fist showing her determination.
"Okay! I have to go eat lunch now, enjoy your breakfast!"
Since Adriana had already chatted with his mother he asked to talk with Aria only so he could give her this mission. After hanging up he went to eat his lunch and Aria headed to the kitchen.
"Morning mommy!" She cheered.
"Morning baby. Take a seat I'm making pancakes."
A few days ago, Adriana decided to buy an electric stove since they still had to wait until everything is ready to move into the apartment she choose with Aria and James.
Since it's Sunday Adriana and Aria set up a time to meet with Kimberly and hang out. Because of the last incident, Adriana had to explain to Aria that they could no longer stay at this hotel and live next to Noah.
Though Aria was sad she comforted herself knowing she would be able to see him on Saturdays. Yesterday she met Angel, Chris, and Noah again. It was super fun even though her mother was working and did not allow her to go around the whole building.
Adriana knew that when Aria spent her time with Noah Briana was on a business trip and didn't learn of Aria's existence. Despite knowing this she still wanted to be cautious.
So, she had everything set…..
"Mommy I'm so excited! I will finally see my brother in four days." Aria grinned sitting on the table with an empty plate in front of her.
Adriana smiled.
"I'm excited to."
Revenge was getting closer and closer…...
