Chris walked inside the house and he glanced at Angel who was playing games on his phone.
"I'll sleep here tonight." He told him.
"Uh-huh." Angel continued playing on his phone after giving him a short glance. Chris sighed and walked up the stairs.
"This is why intelligent people like me don't fall in love…" He mumbled. "Ugh damn it I lost!" He shut his phone looking annoyed.
He shook his head watching Chris walk towards his room. Noah had rooms for them in his house so sometimes when there was extra paperwork to do they would stay over.
He shook his head thinking about the complications in the life's of the people around him. Why? Because of love of course! This is why the only love he knows is self love.
"Surely self love is the best love!" He hummed a tune and he cheerfully walked towards his room. He had already prepared what Kimberly needed to make dinner so he left to freshen up for the delicious dinner ahead.
He could guess Chris would not come to eat dinner so he made a mental note to leave so food for him and drop it off once Kimberly has left.
In the garden,
Kimberly hung up after getting the updates from her manager. She looked behind her and saw no one was there. She shook her head and stood up. Since no one in there knows how to cook she still decided to cook before leaving, even though she didn't want to see Chris again. Well, at least not after what just happened.
How will she tell him that she has a secret boyfriend that she hasn't introduced because it's a secret.
"Tsk, how complicated." She walked inside the house with complicated emotions.
…..
9pm
"Mommy can I tell you something?" Aria asked snuggling in her mother's arms. Adriana nodded her head with a smile. "I missed you very much." She confessed burying her head on Adriana's neck.
They were laying in the hotel bed. They had a video call with James a few hours before and also ate some dinner. Afterward they watched a few movies together to make up for the time they didn't spend together.
"Can I tell you something, sweetie?" Adriana asked, running her fingers through Aria's beautiful hair. She nodded in response. "I heard that the summer school program teacher is super strict and she loves to give her student's homework….." Adriana smirked wanting to tease her a bit more.
"Mommy!" Aria pouted and turned around giving her mother her back. "Humph! You tease me too much." She mumbled.
Adriana chuckled and hugged her from behind. She placed a loose strand of her hair behind her ear and kissed it. "I missed my double-faced naughty little princess too." She whispered. "Now you are calling me names." Aria puffed her cheeks and turned back around.
"Mommy since my brother won't be here can we do all the things….' Aria pursed her lips. She had been meaning to say it for a while but she had been to scared to say anything. Maybe she was a bit jealous of her brother at times but she didn't want her mother to get her wrong.
"Can we do all the things you and brother did? I saw the album….." She confessed secretly, crossing her fingers.
Adriana frowned. "Baby, why would I ever say no to a thing like that. As long as it's within my capabilities I will always give you what you want. Although we weren't able to spend time together when you were smaller that doesn't mean you have to be nervous about asking me these things. Now we have all the time in the world. No one will separate us ever again." She kissed her forehead with a smile.
"Tell me what do you want to do first?" She asked. Aria's eyes lit up in excitement.
Adriana suppressed her gloominess. God, how she wanted to murder that woman. 'Be patient. It's not the time.' She repeated in her mind.
She was getting impatient. 7 years is a long wait. That woman owes her so much and she will make sure to get it from her very slowly. Her hands itched in excitement to bring misery upon the woman who not only destroyed her happiness but also harmed innocent children.
How inhuman….

Paris,
"What's wrong champion?" Chris asked, seeing James sitting in his bed with two pieces of clothing in his tiny hands. "Nothing. I'm just bored." He replied and got up from the bed taking the clothes with him.
"What's that?" Bryan asked.
"None of your business uncle. I have some things to do. I will be back in a minute." He responded coldly. His cheerful facade had fallen.
Bryan sighed, helplessly. 'Her children are so scary….. I swear they only show those happy angelic faces to their mother.' He swore.
His curiosity was killing him so he got a closer look at the clothes in the little boy's hands and he chuckled. "No way." He covered his mouth to stop his laughter.
James sent him a glare and clenched into the cloth protectively. One was Aria's dress and the other his mother's shirt. They had their scents in them and he felt comfortable carrying them around because it made him feel like they were next to him. He was already missing his family….
"Crysty come here!" Bryan called out. Crysty ran to his side with confusion. "Look." Bryan pointed at James. "No way." She gasped. "Haha that's exactly how I reacted."
"Awww he's finally showing some emotion."
James ignored them and he walked down the stairs. He looked around the villa and smiled. Every time he saw this place filled with heavy security it reminded him of how hardworking his mother is.
His smile disappeared and he went through a hall in the villa which not many people know of since her mother prohibited everyone from going in. It's her private space in the whole villa where she 'designs' but in reality he knows it's something regarding their birth and her past.
If there is one thing that bothered James the most is how mysterious their mother is. She avoids speaking about her childhood and younger days a lot. He knows she was an orphan once and a person that keeps away from others. He just wants to know if this parent's loved each other and why are they not together.
If his father where to appear one day he would obviously stay by his mother's side but he just wants to know.
They say curiosity kills the cat but he's willing to take that risk.
'I just want to know….I'm sorry for taking advantage of your missing presence, mommy.' He apologized with a sigh.
He entered his birthday date in the pin pad placed on the door at the end of the hallway. Before entering it, he paused.
"Mommy isn't that dumb…' He thought. He erased what he had put and looked around. He noticed an odd painting. The painting was of a bird, it was black and white but James focused on the small writing below the bird's feet.
'FLY HIGH LITTLE ANGEL'
