This decree validates the Second Counsel of Kiev.
I, Caesar Dominus, acknowledged the rulings of the Second Counsel of Kiev.
I acknowledge that the Patriarch of Belgrade has ended the patriarchal of Belgrade and will establish a Patriarchate in Skealigheim.
I acknowledge the appointment of Patriarch Joseph, as Patriarch of Rome. The Latin Church had 600 years to correct its teachings and renounce Papal Supremacy. The Counsel ruled that a new Patriarch was to be chosen. Many churches that declares themselves in communion with Constantinople have arisen in the west and require leadership.
I acknowledge founding of the Tartar Orthodox Church.
I however will not be sending support for you expulsion from the cathedral of St Peter. The reclamation of the cathedral will not be taken by force but like the west will be, by conversion. I have written to the tsar of the Russ to withdraw his support for you expulsion.
But any action authorized by the Papalcy against the Patriarch will be met with action.
