Mizu was flying around the town. She takes out a small container with pills inside and swallows one of them. She soon finds a small alleyway where a woman was standing, as if she was anticipating someone to arrive. As Mizu descends into a nearby rooftop, a ripping cloth was heard and she finds herself free falling. She looks up to see her umbrella dome ripped. "My water, it turned into ice and shot upwards..which means.." She looks up to see the ice shards that shot upwards slowing down and beginning their descent. She rolls down the rooftop to dodge them and lands right in front of the woman.
"Hello, Mizu Senshoku. My name is Yukino.."
The woman draws a bluish, almost transparent silver blade… which she finds is suddenly cut short by water droplets moving at mach speeds.
"Before I kill you, let me ask you some questions first." Mizu exclaims as tentacles grab the woman and pin her to the wall. The woman stays with a straight face, unmoving and emotionless. Suddenly the tentacles began to look weird, it began to luster and reflect light. It's not something a liquid would do. They were freezing. The tentacles pinning the woman to the wall were freezing fast until they reached a point where she easily breaks free from the tentacles. The woman then picked up her blade. Mizu noticed something was wrong. It was back to its original length.

"I will be the one asking questions now, Senshoku."
"…"
"Do you remember what happened on that day? September 15?"
"…"
"It was the day that you killed everyone in the school, including my brother."
"Hey, that last name on your ID, I recognize it. That means your brother is.."
"I will never forgive you for what you have done."
"Hey there, lady. Your brother was the one who violated and transformed me."
"Don't lie. He would never do such a thing."
"Well then, if you won't believe me, then fine. I've been through situations like these, before."
"The way you talk irritates me. But it's okay. I can lash out once I kill you."
A cold yet sharp pain starts going through Mizu's back. "This isn't good. Wet!" The ice shard being stabbed through her back was sliced to pieces by her water droplets.
"Habakiri.." the woman said, raising her sword.
"Habakiri?"
"Yes. I know that this is also the name of your Idiom, but since you aren't registered I can take it for myself. Now then, Habakiri against Habakiri, Water against Ice. Which one will stand above, I wonder."
"Is this a duel?"
"Oh, yes it is. I can't show my revenge in a cowardly manner. Thus, a duel will be what this fight is about."
"I admire your resolve. In that case, I will go against you in the same manner." Mizu pulls Habakiri from it's sheath.
They both yell in unison, "En garde!!"

Sparks fly in the air as each blade clashes, each one slightly launching the warriors backwards. Yukino holds her sword to her right side with the blade's tip facing left. Mizu sees this and immediately swings her sword. Yukino moves her sword as well, dodging the strike aiming for her left side. Since Mizu had already swung to the other side, she WILL get hit… or at least, she would. A piece of the blade falls on the ground creating a ringing sound. The sword that was supposed to hit her suddenly became shorter.
"Interesting.. you used your Figure to slice my sword"
Mizu pants. "That.. was a close one.."
The sword begins to get longer.
"I see. Your sword is made of ice, isn't it?"
"Very nice deduction but that's all I can tell you."
"That's fine."
Mizu starts rocketing upwards as water under her shoes throws her. More water droplets attach to her sides and spin her around as she flies up. She plans to do a spinning attach midair and use the water droplets to slow her fall. Suddenly, blood starts dripping from her sides. A cold sharp pain, no multiple pains stab into both sides. As she falls to the ground, she desperately manipulates nearby water into a tentacles and sticks to a nearby wall. She sees the tentacle begin to freeze. She immediately lets go, landing on the ground safely.
"Don't try anything funny, Senshoku."
"I was simply.. *cough* doing an attack."
"Is that so? It looked like you were running away to me.."
"You really don't want to believe anything I say.. "
"Hm.."
"Y'know.. You keep telling me about how my transformation harmed the people around me. How about you?"
"I have no such weaknesses, I was artificially transformed."
"That exists?"
"Of course, the organization has control over a large part of people's lives."
"You just confirmed my theory."

Yukino lunges forward swinging her sword sidewards. Mizu parries the attack but suddenly she couldn't move her hand. Yukino had created an icicle on her side and froze her hand in place. The woman then swung her sword onto the other, undefended side. "Wet." Mizu sword flies out of her hand and blocks the attack. It then repeatedly swings pushing Yukino back, before flying back towards Mizu, cutting the icicle and the ice holding both of her hands together and landed on Mizu's hand.
"Tch. What a versatile Figure.. Sadly, it comes at a hard price."
"…"
"I saw your arm, there was a vain popping at the bottom of the forearm. And when I approached you, you were trembling."
"…"
"You poor thing.. You were using Aphrodisiacs to keep your Simile at a high enough level."
"Tch.."

"I really should end this.. But it seems like all of my attacks would not work. If I attack her with water she can put up an ice shield. If I attack with a sword, she can simply parry or even use the ice to lock my sword. I f I do a Hyperbole Strike, she can freeze the water droplets and use them against me. Her ability counters mine. Looks like I'll have to do it.."
Mizu activates her Figure splashing a bit of Water in the Yukino's direction. Most of water didn't hit as she froze and deflected some of them before they hit her, but a small amount, like a spoon of water, hit her.
"Are you going to rip my skin with this? Or are you.. oh.. SHIT I HAVE TO GET THIS WATER OFF ME!!"
The water freezes and flies out of her dress.. but Mizu announces, "It's too late.."
Yukino suddenly feels her body getting hotter and hotter. Her body compressing, certain places of her body feeling weird, she collapses to the ground in a huddled position, panting.
"Figures aren't just random abilities; they're controlled phenomenon that came with The Metaform Effect. The movements of old ships are sailors using wind to their advantage, similarly, these abilities are simply Gendaishi using The Metform Effect as a way to materialize and manipulate objects such as Fire and Lightning. Thus, there are many parts of a Figure that a Gendaishi cannot control. For example, If the user of Roasted insults another person, they're ability can activate as they are part of the requirements but they cannot control and are thus hurt. This can be done in vice versa, if he lights someone on fire, they will feel the sensation of being insulted as well, that is precisely what I did to you. If I make it so you have my ability, the cause must be activated as well. My ability is Wet, an ability whose Simile source is my Libido. If I splash you with water, this effect activates and your Libido increases."
"That.. is cheating…"
"I assassinate Gendaishi for the past months, don't think that I will go by the rules." Mizu says as she pulls out an Aphrodisiac from her pocket and swallows it. "Give it up. You can't activate your figure, anymore. From what I observed, your Figure is called Cold. It allows you to freely manipulate ice as long as your emotions are controlled but now that your Libido is so high. It's nothing more than a random marking on you're wrist."
Mizu stabs through the Yukino's chest, killing her.
"I've won. But still, I understand your sentiment. I also have a family member that I couldn't believe was a monster. It was something me and my family could and might never accept." Seiko appears in her mind. Suddenly, she feels weak. "Shit, It must be the Aphrodisiacs." She coughs and Froth comes out of her mouth. "I don't think I'll be able to survive for long.. but.. I must push forward.. After Yamagata is successfully cleared, we're heading straight for Tokyo."

"So Yukino has died.." Keiko contemplates what is happening.
"Yes, I have already notified the other one to retreat." Taka informs.
"But why didn't they just attack? Senshoku was most likely weakened."
"Shirogane was most likely on his way. Plus, the survivor told me that before Yukino attacked, she said to not attack even if she lost."
"So she wishes to keep the duel fair and square.. How honorable.. Hm? Shinsuki?"
"We have already lost 2.."
"So? Huh.. Don't tell me that you're getting sentimental.."
"Of course, I am."
"Don't make me laugh. You've murdered multiple innocents and now you're getting sentimental over 2 people?"
"…" She begins walking towards the door.
"..and where are you going?"
"I am going to intercept them, myself."
"Hmph.."
Keiko faces a part of the table where a chess board lies. He moves the queen and places it in front. "Two Pawns down and we're already letting the Queen loose. Well then, this will be a site to watch."
