Ashley : But dad..... Ashley protested but before she even finished her
words, her dad grabbed her hand and started searching for money in her
pocket....
Gaston : No buts ........ You're so avaricious and selfish you want to keep
you're earnings to yourself?? I'm your father and i have the right to take part
of your earnings everyday..... He yelled taking the money from Ashley's pocket
as he's saying that......
This is it??? This is all your earnings for today??? He questioned as he counted
the money in his hand.......
Ashley : it's all we have .......Ashley answered as tears roll down her face. Please
dad save us some money for tomorrow's breakfast.
Gaston : ah..... Fucked you only have this and your still asking me to save some for
your fucking breakfast??? what am i supposed to buy with this money???
He said as he turned to leave the house.......
Angelo who's been standing at the side help Ashley stand up from the floor, he then
gave his sister his handkerchief his mother bought for him when he was just 7 years
old, to wipe his sister's tears.
Ashley : Angelo, from now on will stashing money from our daily earnings, you will be
responsible in keeping it safe and well hidden from dad......
As they lay in bed Ashley and Angelo prayed for their sister Angel, they also
prayed for their mom and Adrian. Then Ashley told Angelo a secret.
Ashley : Before Angel and i are saving money using the same tin can, we
want to save some money for our use to find mom, but when Angel and i heard
about the news, about a woman's body found dead in a vacant corner of an alley
at the shortcut that we sometimes use to get home faster, the same day that mom
went missing, me and Angel tried to go to the local police, but dad forbade us to
do so , we then find out that the local government burried the woman's body at the
local cemetery because no one claimed for it.....
After that day, we stopped saving money........
Now we're going to save money again, when the right time comes we will leave this
place, and we will look for Angel....... Whatever happens we will look for her until
we find her
