"So when will we leave?" Hulda asks.
"Three days at most, I am sure we will find people before that." Gary answers.
"I do not know about that." The chief shrugs. "You have seen how dead the town is."
Word about the Pyaman attack reached Esteri in no time. Many people fear another attack, so they are staying in their homes. Most shops have not even opened since they heard about all the deaths in So. Food and work have become scarce in the last few days. But Gary has hope.
'There must be someone looking for work. In a coastal town, that usually means working in the sea.'
"I will have a notice posted around, and hopefully someone will respond." Gary says.
"What if no one responds?" Siv asks.
"Then we will have to sail with the manpower we have." Gary looks at Sten who shrugs.
