I'm walking down to a store to buy some snack. As time pass inside the store, I came out with a bag full of snack and a soda in my hand. I stay a little bit outside the store as I'm looking around the place. I saw one of my classmate Chloe who is sneaking around in the middle of the night. I asked myself where could she possibly go. So I decided to follow her to see what she was up to. I followed her in a dark alley where gangster and mafia would be. I had short distance away from her when she suddenly stop I have a feeling that she feel that she's been followed so I hide in a small space between the alley so she couldn't see me.I hold my breath when I sense her presence near me, I'm so nervous that she would caught me sweats are racing to fall down when her shadow is close to the place I hide but I released a sighed when she left. I don't know why or what on earth did happen I come out where I'm hiding and quickly run to catch with her but I could see her anywhere. I'm just worry that something dangerous might happen to her but there nothing I can do anything cause I lost track of her I didn't have any choices but to go home.
But when I got home I realized that I have chloe's number. so I called her as fast I can to check on her.
"hello, Ace why did you call?"she ask me nicely like she always does.
" are you in your house?"I ask nicely I just wanted to know if she's the one I was following an hour ago.
"yes, I reading a book why?" she replied to me.
"nothing, ok bye" I sighed a sign of relief but my guts feels ìts not right.
" alright, see you tommorrow bye" she said to me and quickly ended the call. I put down my phone ìn the the table beside my bed ànd I layed down I'm tired because of what I did today but I cant still ģet the ìdea of what I saw an hour ago. I drift it of to sleep.
Chloe's POV
"I'm sorry Ace I have to lie to you, you can't know the truth." I said to myself while on the phone with Ace. I knew that he followed me an hour ago, I was relief that I'm able to loose him because I couldn't bare his reaction if he know the truth. I love him after all these years I would do anything to hide my identity.
