Lee was throwing so many questions at me. I stayed silent.I didn't know what to say or how to explain.The thing is,I have been with Xavier for a year and he is a very strong businessman.
We were in the empty waiting room."Amanda,where gave you been". "It's not your business" I replied." It is my business when it involves my brother."Look I'm not gonna force you to go to him,but I will strongly encourage it " He said surprisingly calm.
"I can't do that".I replied short. "why...Why didn't you come to me and talk".I was your best friend and we had each other's backs. "I don't know why you left and I honestly don't care but what want to know why u didn't come to ME"? I hated seeing Lee this upset,he never really raised his voice at me.
"Listen Lee,you hit my sister with your car and you're worried about the past,That was so long ago"!!!
"That's what you think but he changed,he's more under the weather and he's working himself to death" Lee explained.
Oh geez,I'm regretting what I done.But I couldn't stay there in that house any longer.It was horrid.

"Well can you at least call him,tell him you're here". "I'm not going to tell him where I am but I will consider".Lee handed me a card with the name Masters Pediatrics on the top.It had Xavier's name and number on it.
I took the card and jammed it in my back pocket.I wasn't going to call him.It was awkward.
