I knitted my eyebrows as I slowly woke up to a blinding white light. I felt a bit giddy in my head and my feet felt as if I was threading through the clouds. Soft and ebbing like there was no gravity holding me down.
Everything felt bubbly and dreamy. I couldn't quite figure out where I was as I continued to wander aimlessly in my half-conscious state. However, no matter how long or how far I had ventured, I remained on the same spot.
I couldn't see anything past the light and neither could I go beyond this space.
'Where am I?'
My heart was gradually becoming anxious. And the moment I realized that I was somewhat trapped here, my consciousness slowly awakened. I scanned through my surroundings.
I tried to move once again. But, my feet remained rooted on the ground. I tried to speak up. But, the words didn't seem to come out.
All I heard was silence. Until...
