'So that was uncle Jonathan and Alice. Can't believe I get to go to trost with them. It's going to be fun.'
During her birthday party Shirone talked about wanting to see the Cathedral in Trost. The Cathedral is dedicated to the goddess Sandstorm. There are not many churches around surprisingly. Sandstorm says to spend the church donations on improving the nation and lives of the people rather than giving the money to the church higher ups.
"Claire? When am I going to Trost?" Shirone asks, hoping it's soon so she can get in contact with the goddess Sandstorm.
'Once I talk to her I just need her to fix my gender and problem solved...' Shirone thinks to herself. As she has been for the past 3 years.
Sandstorm has been ignoring her prayers so Shirone believes the next best thing to do is to go to her Cathedral.
"In 2 days princess and then it's a 2 week journey." Claire states hoping the princess decides not to go.
"2 weeks? Is it possible to get there faster?" Shirone asks.
"Yes princess but I don't think your status is enough to run there that quickly, and you don't have a flying tamed monster/ familiar." Claire says not knowing she was going to regret saying that 12 years in the future when the princess brings back a baby dragon, She also Brought back a Knight saint during that trip too and kinda threw the Nobles into chaos.
"So what is the plan for today?" Shirone asks
"Dance classes, then Etiquette, then mat- wait you have out done the tutor in that... also magic but its more like your exchanging research notes with those old men." Claire responds
"Has Father approved of my sword lessons yet?" Shirone asks with a little bit of hope as Claire helps her into a dress.
"He says when your older you can practice it." Claire answers her question
"He just wants me to get older and forget about it... I don't forget anything Claire." Shirone says
"Really do you remember the day you were born?" Claire asks to try and prove her wrong and over confident.
"Claire you should know people blessed by the goddess have a conscious mind from birth. So yes I do." Shirone replies.
Claire Opens the door for her.
"Well let me lead you to the dance class, Can't have the young princess walking alone in the castle." Claire says
"I agree with you there... I sometimes feel perverted gazes on me from the nobles... Loli-cons... Claire why can't I kill them?" Shirone asks walking down the hall with Claire behind her.
"Because Princess's unique magic would send all the Noble's into chaos... not to mention the other countries that would try and get you through marriage, your father His Majesty is just trying to keep you off the front lines." Claire replies as they get to the room for dance class.
They walk in to see the bunny beast kin dance instructor.
In the west past East Gate there is a plains beyond that is beast kin country. To the East is the Holy Land a country dedicated to the Goddess Sandstorm... Not that she wanted it, just beyond the forest. To north beyond the mountain range, there is a desolate wasteland. Beyond that wasteland is the Demon lord Yoru's land. To the south there is an ocean, I mean directly south of the capital I can see it out the window.
