I've gotten quite comfortable with my living situation. Everyday has been fun, having lots of sex with Jade, and then going out.
I feel amazing, and now I'm excited about the official start of school. Jade helped me enroll not long ago, and now I'm standing in front of the building. I sigh happily, and head towards the entrance.
After wondering around a bit, I find the counselor's office. I was told to come here by Jade to collect my books and schedule, so I'm trying to be a good girl. Mainly because she said I could sit on her face if I behave...
Anyway, since I'm being good, I knock on the door. "Come in," an elderly voice calls out. I open the door, and feel shock run through me. It's a powerful wizard, sitting behind the desk. He looks at me for a moment, and then narrows his eyes.
"Come in and sit down, please." I nod my head, nervous as hell. This power is insane, mind boggling even. I sit down, and wait for him to speak. The atmosphere is too thick for me to speak.
"You must be the new student Jade sent. She said you were a high elf, but that doesn't seem to be the case, now does it, Ms. Drakon..." I gulp, and pale before this guy.
He is staring at me intently. I feel tears fall from my eyes. I can't stop trembling. I'm just to afraid of him. His eyes widen, and the aura disappeared.
"Ah, sorry about that. Truly, I didn't mean to hurt your feelings. You just fascinate me is all," the guy said sheepishly. I wipe my eyes, and just shake my head, asking, "What are you planning on doing to me?"
"Ah, nothing, nothing at all. As a matter of fact, it's a privilege to host you here. You are a monster race I assume, and if you are an ally to us, then we will do anything to help you succeed." I stare at him, dumbfounded. "Seriously," I say weakly. "Me being a monster doesn't concern you at all?"
He shakes his head. "Not at all. As a matter of fact, I lied when I said Jade said you were a high elf. She knew what you were from the beginning. Same for the queen as well. Here, look at your profile on my tablet." He pushes it towards me, and sure enough, my race said Drakon on it.
I feel confused. How did they know? I go ahead and voice my question, and he give a simple answer. "Your skill to hide your identity doesn't work on people over the level of 200. Jade is close to 500 herself, so she definitely knew immediately."
I face palm. 'Shit, I should really pay more attention to my skills and their limitations from now on,' I think to myself. "Also, if you haven't realized yet, you are cable of speech and the written language, correct?" I nod to him.
He smiles and says, "That skill is for a high level monster. There is only one way you can be capable of such a thing early on in your development. The reason being, you have been blessed by a god. And with the aura I see around you, you have been blessed by the Goddess of Light, Andrea herself."
I just keep getting more and more bombshells dropped on me, it seems. I look at him, and ask, "So, am I still allowed to attend school?" He nods, and hands me a scroll. "This is a storage scroll, and it has everything you need. Ah, also, my name is Merlin. If you need anything at all, let me know. I don't want to hold you here any longer than necessary, since classes are fixing to start."
I sigh in relief, and stand up. "Thank you, Merlin. I'll be sure to remember you. Now, if you'll excuse me," I say, bowing respectfully. "Hm, indeed. Have a wonderful day," he says, waving me out.
I step out of his office, and shiver. I've been pretty careless it seems. I should probably be grateful that the queen here isn't against me, or I would have lost my head by now. I look down at my schedule, and my jaw drops. 'Seriously? My first class is fucking history?' This day just gets better and better. At least I can finally learn more about the world I live in, right?
I make my way to my first class, feeling nervous. My schedule even has my race on it. I doubt I can keep it a secret here. After a few detours and someone giving me directions, I make it to my class. Right on time too.
I see quite a few people, but I ignore all of them. I head straight to the back and take a seat next to the window, overlooking the campus grounds.
After a few minutes, Merlin walks in. My left eye twitches, and I curse him for making me find my own way here. He stands at the head of the class, and shushes everyone.
"Welcome to your first day of school at the Academy of Magic. This class will cover the history of magic, and the very history of the world. Now, let's start introducing ourselves." Merlin walks to the projection on the wall, and writes is name.
"Everyone here can call me Sir Merlin, or Sensei. No Mr. Merlin, cause it sounds weird. Now, Arianna Michelle Black, please come to the front." I slowly get up, and walk to him, and turn around to face the class when I get there.
"Everyone, we will do introductions by alphabetical order. Arianna, please state your real class and race. Also state something interesting about yourself." I gulp, and feel sweat gather on my brow.
*SIGH
"Ahem. You all just heard my name, but everyone can just call me Aria. As for my class, I haven't classed up yet. I plan on doing so later this week." I breath out slowly to calm my nerves, and prepare for my reveal.
"As for my race, I am of the monster races. My race specifically is called the Drakon race," I say while closing my eyes. An interesting thing to know about me is that I'm a lesbian, I guess." I open my eyes, and everyone is staring at me with a comical expression.
I look at Merlin, and state, "Was that a satisfactory Introduction, Sensei?" Merlin nods, and says, "Indeed, it was. Thank you for introducing yourself. Now, go ahead and sit back down." I nod and head back to my desk. While I walk back, I notate it's so quiete you could hear a pin drop...
