Yanmei was incredibly hungry by noon, but Anton kept holding on to her for dear life. Even as she sat up, he held tightly to her waist, as if he was not asleep.
She had to ask her cousin to have someone bring in food. To her surprise, it was her cousin-in-law who brought a sandwich, knocking at the door that afternoon.
"Here," Li Wen said while placing a sandwich and a glass of juice on the bedside table. She first watched as her brother hold tighter to Yanmei even with the slightest movement.
