After Ian handled all the discharge procedures, it was finally time for them to bring Ivy home.
Although everyone's mood dropped when they saw the wheelchair, it was only momentary. They cheered up when they saw Ivy in high spirits. It was important to keep Ivy happy; everything else was trivial.
Ivy struggled to get out of bed and she looked at Aria downcast. But Aria didn't allow her to be aggrived even for a moment.
"How lucky!" She sighed, gaining everyone's attention to her. "Ivy is going to be treated like princess. I'm jealous."
Ivy rolled her eyes and even glared at her in annoyance. 'Who wanted to be treated like a princess? She was the queen alright.'
"Let me." Ian stepped forward to pick Ivy up. But Joshua beat him to it.
Ivy was caught off guard and in just a blink of an eye, she was lying in Joshua's embrace as he carried her to wheelchair.
