Ivy's eyes widened in horror when she saw Aria and Stuart being dragged inside the den. She couldn't believe her eyes for a moment and shook her head to clear her sight.
'Please let it all be my illusion. Please let it all be a dream.' She prayed desperately. Alas, her prayers had fallen on deaf ears.
Aria and Stuart had not disappeared as she wanted them to. Instead, they stood where they were as they tried to ward off the men who were pulling them with them.
"Did you like the surprise, Ivy?" Jared rubbed his hand, utterly thrilled by the way things were turning out. It was more exciting than he had imagined. "I'm sure you must have been missing your sister all this time. And, now here she is to accompany you. Say hello to Aria, dear."
Ivy's eyes teared up as she watched her sister's plight. Although she had no idea how she had got here, she knew her sister was here for her and Stuart had been implicated on the way.
