Science couldn't easily prove that magical and unearthly stuffs exist in this World. Who knows we do have powers? Even I couldn't believe it myself, but what if I'm seeing now isn't an illusion? I'm not stuck in a video game.

After finding out about that tale that's hard to believe, now that I saw old students play with their powers like it's normal, I don't think I have any more reasons not to believe! All of them are using them like it's nothing something to be worried about! This is an absolute tortureeee! No way I can stand any of this longer! No, no! I caaann't! w(ﾟДﾟ)w
Classes are done and here I am at the battlefield, not knowing what I should do. I look like a fool. While everyone is working hard, training, I'm doing literally nothing!
I'm on my tracksuit, sitting alone at a corner, watching other people grow stuff from their hands. Seriously, how do they do that...? How can they provoke their powers to come out!? Isn't that beyond impossible? Having powers are beyond impossible!
I sighed and raised my pants a little. I pushed my sleeves up to my elbow and stood up.
I can do this! I'm an independent man who needs help of no one! Maybe if I hold my breath it'll come out!
Okay! Hold your breath! Haaaaa-mpppp!
"Excuse me...?"
I turn around and saw a short-haired girl staring at me. "Mmmpp..."
"W-What are you doing?"
Eh!? Am I creeping her out!?
I stopped as I could feel myself blushing out of embarrassment. "A-Ahahaha..." ⁄(⁄ ⁄•⁄ω⁄•⁄ ⁄)⁄
"Do y-you need help training?"
"Huh? Usually there's someone who can help us train right? Aren't they late?"
"No, we train by ourselves, s-sorry."
"I see...? It's okay. But how do you do that?" I point at a guy who's currently playing with water, making an...anime girl statue on it. "O-Oh... Not that." (．． )…
She giggled, "What's your name?"
"Red Van Lorren. Red is fine, hahaha..."
"Matches your hair, fufufu..."
"What was that?"
"N-Nothing!"
"It's fine, I do get that a lot." I giggle. Wait, what is this? Am I being friendly? No, it couldn't be right? It has to be... T-The Red Van Lorren who only socializes online is now making friends!? That's a nightmare! (ｼ;ﾟДﾟ)
But wait... Since now I'm in a different school, it means I'll be starting a new life. And what I mean is, literally! These students right here are weird! Super weird! And almost all of them are using magic which I don't even know exist! What the hell is happening to this poor world!?
But it has a double purpose right? Starting a new life means starting fresh. Seems absurd but I also want to learn how magic works too. I mean, it exists now that I see it with my very own eyes. Plus, if I get friendly, I'll be able to know how people here act.
If the tale that girl told me earlier was true about the four gems then I'll do anything to save this school! I can do that, right...? It means to cooperate with the other three teams as well. And that means to be a social-butterfly!
Yuck! But I need it!

"Anyway... I'm Eisha. I'm the College Student Council's President. Nice to meet you."
"N-Nice to meet you..." Student Council President!? Sounds promising! And also... She works with the girl I met earlier! The Vice President one!
"The Student Council is here to help new students for PD and that's when you start here to train to control your own powers."
"P...D? What's that?"
"Power Discovery."
"O-Oh! Then how can I discover mine."
"Follow me."
She started walking as I follow her behind. I didn't know what to say and what to look at but I saw a tiny feather stuck on this Lisa's nape. I went closer and blew it away.
"E-Ehh!?" she backed off, with her hand on the back of her neck. =͟͟͞͞(꒪⌓꒪*)
"There was a feather."
"O-Oh? I-Is there anymore?"
"Nope."
"N-Next time you should just take it off instead of blowing it... I thought a ghost appeared behind us..." she said, shaking her head as we continued walking.
"Ghosts? You still believe in that?" I say, trying to hold back my laughter. (o≖◡≖)
"Yeah." (￣m￣）
"Pfftt, what? Because they are a big myster in this school, haunting you, and chopping off your head?" (￣▽￣)
"Yeah." (￣m￣）
"Hahaha―Wait, what?" (⊙ˍ⊙)
"We're here."
We stopped inside a Gymnasium. All of the Student Council are here and there are also many students around! They must be new!
"So we start by exercising," Lisa starts explaining, "We do this daily for the newbies. This ends by a year or when your stamina boosts. You know the basic warm-ups?"
"Is this like... What you do inside a gym?" I pointed at the dumbbells I can see.
"Very much so, yes."
"Then, I'm completely fine with it! I went to a gym a couple of times before! Do I start now? Is there anything else to do after?"
"Actually, there'll be a little interview after, so..."

"Hm?" I turn around, "Oh! Lisa!"
"It's Eisha." （ ￣ー￣）
"Sorry, I'm not really good with names." I took my tracksuit top off and wrapped it around my waist, "Sup?"
"Are you done yet?"
"Yup! Haven't had a work-out for a while now. We do this daily right?"
"Yeah."
"Ugghhh..."
"Why? Do you have a complain?"
"No, it's not that. I'm perfectly fine with doing this everyday, it's just that... It's because... What should I do...?"
"About?"
I raised my shirt, revealing my abs, "About this. This'll turn to eight soon. What should I do if girls see this? They'll probably take a picture and I'll get punched by their boyfriends again."
"S-S-STOOOPP!" she covered her eyes. ＼(º □ º l|l)/
"Huh? What's wrong?"
"T-There's still a lot of p-people around! Don't go around raising your shirt l-like that!"
"O-Oh!" I let my shirt go, letting it fall down, "Sorry, ehehehe."
"S-Sheesh..."
"It's okay, you can look now."
"A-Anyway," she took her hands off her face and coughs, "Let's take a drink, y-you must be tired with all of those work..."
"Drink? You mean alcohol? Sure! I don't see why not!"
"N-No! There's a vending machine outside and it includes no alcohol!"
"Oh, I see. Man... I missed drinking vodka... I should go out to the bar sometimes."
We went out as Kesha starts to get some drinks. I sat at the gang chair next to it and so she joins after. "Here you go."
"Hm?"
"Grape juice. It's connected to wine right? Wine is also alcohol."
"Fine, I guess I'll just settle with this." I take the canned grape juice gulped it all out. "Ahhh! So fresh! And I was getting all thirsty!"
"You gulped your grape juice just like that?"
"Keep in mind that I drink alcohol, Kesha."
"It's Eisha! How many times do I have to tell you, my name is Eisha not Lisa nor Kesha!"
"Sounds weird for a girl's name."
"S-Shut up..." Silence has passed as I let her finish her drink. It surprised me for her to speak up so suddenly. "Hey, Red..."
"Yeah?"
"Y-You're not some perv casanova aren't you?" she said blushi―

"W-Well! You claimed t-that many guys were accusing you for making their g-girlfriends fall for you because of your...your...a-abs! I-Isn't that what a p-pervy casanova would say!?"
"I'M NOT A PERVY CASANOVA, FOR PETE'S SAKE!" I sighed. "Seriously, how can a smart-looking girl like you not understand? Don't you have sarcasm in your word?"

"Well, I do enjoy girls fawning over me but I'm not the type to play with them just like that! I'd rather die than to flirt with some random chick I don't even know of! Plus, don't you just hate it when girls fall for guys and hit on them even when they're in a relationship? You know, like the song Guys Don't Like Me! Don't you just feel bad for the boyfriend!?" "R-Right... But what about showing that...thing in public?"
"You could've just said abs."
"I'm too embarrassed to say it, okay!?"
"I did that because I wasn't really conscious of what I was doing, hehehe. I do that every time at home."
"D-Don't tell me you're the type to kiss themseleves in the mirror."
"U-Uhh..."

I can hear her holding back her laughter. "Really? W-Wow..."
"L-Look! I'm just appreciating my beauty, okay!? Men are like that, only half are the ones who has low self-confidence!"
"So men like that really exists..." she started laughing. "You're a nice person, Red. I'm glad to could've helped you."
"Thanks, I guess."
"Well, let's start the interview!" she took her phone out and started typing some stuff.
"What's that for anyway?"
"For a document. It's an extra information that us, Student Council needs. Every student here has one of these so I'll just tell Leoni to print yours tomorrow."
"Leoni?"
"Oh, that's our VP."
Oh! The girl who toured me around the school! "Sounds like a lion's name."
"Right?" she giggled, "So, let's see... Okay... Your name is Red what again?"
"Red Van Lorren."
"Any addition?"
"Nope."
"Age, please."
"Twenty."
"Okay... Height and weight?"
"The hell does that have to do with anything?"
"Just say it."
"6'0 and 161 pounds..."
"Your stamina, body, and strength will be observed during training so we'll skip that part... Hmmm... Any speciality?"
"Karate. I'm a black belter." (*•̀ᴗ•́*) I proudly say.
"Okayyy... Then, what would you want your power's generic to be?"
"Generic, huh..."
"The first three things that comes to your mind. Don't be picky."
"Well I want it to be included with lightning."
"Okay, continue."
"Then vibration and fire!"
"You really are a guy."
"Ha! Of course!"
"Alright, let me see... So lightning, the first one to master it is the Kero of Emerald. According to his knowledge and experience... Lightning is also hard to learn for you have to become one with the weather itself... Though if you learned how to use the attack, it's easy to use and you can mix it up with the two other generics."
"You researched that?"
"Eureka has a website of its own, here we have the message of the first user of each generic and advices from them also. Your name can get listed from the lightning, fire, and vibration users too."
"I see... That's kinda cool."
"Kero died three years ago in the middle of a battle. He was betrayed by one of his friends he knew he couldn't attack. He was distracted and got shot to death. Buuttt... One of Kero's successors are still inside this school. You can get them to teach you so there'll be no problem."
"Alright, continue."
"With vibration, our first user is still in this school, alive. She's a third year, the Rias of the Diamond party. Her message writes... "I've experienced a lot with the vibration attack, and unlike others, mine is the opposite. Vibration is easy to learn but is hard to use. It often gets mixed up with other attack and only you can do a solo attack with it. Vibration's damage is really huge, getting it mixed up is the current issue. But I have mastered it and I am willing to teach anyone to―", okay that's probably enough information about vibration."
"Hard to use but easy to learn... It's okay, I'll master it!"
"Enthusiasm is great but you need to also work hard for it, you know. I tried vibration before but it really didn't work for me. I switched with illusion instead."
"Is it really that hard?"
"Focusing on it, yes. Now, for the fire..." she suddenly stopped speaking, her face looks like she doesn't know what to say.
"What?"
"Um... We have no users for fire yet so that'd make you first."
