Chapter 31: Forget

School is over for the summer. Nika and I are at a loss at what to do. The day is beautiful and crisp. It has been weeks since I last saw Torin. My heart still aches at the thought of him. But I know now that it's better to just give myself time. Cole and I have actually gone out a few times since then. I also canceled my contract with Mr. Wells too. Not because of Cole, but because I know that this is not what I want anymore. I want to live a normal life where I'm with a man for the right reasons, not because he paid me to. I gave Mr. Martin all of Torin and Alex's money back. I had a bit of money saved from my other contracts and gave some of it to my family after I paid my school bills.
