The golden skeleton rushed into the grand room, its bones clattering against each other in a cacophony of sound. The vast space was adorned with all sorts of treasures, each gleaming in the flickering light of the torches. The centerpiece of the room was a massive throne, constructed entirely out of bones, which sat atop a mound of glittering gold and precious gems. And upon this throne sat an ancient Lich, its eyes glinting with malevolence as it regarded the skeleton.
"Master, this one has some urgent information!" The skeleton gasped out, barely able to catch its breath.
The Lich turned to the skeleton, its expression one of pure anger. "Urgent enough to interrupt the order that I gave you? Urgent enough to come running back to me? What is it, huh?" The Lich's hands twitched with magical energy, poised to strike down the disobedient skeleton.
But even as the Lich's anger boiled over, a voice in its head warned against destroying the rare specimen before it. "No, I can't destroy him," the Lich thought, "he used to be a kingdom's hero. Let's just hear what he has to say."
"It appears that your target has a cloaking magic! Or maybe even a treasure! I found his mana signals but he was nowhere to be seen," the skeleton explained to his master, his voice tinged with frustration.
"I see," the lich replied, his voice dripping with malice. "I guess I looked down on him too much. Send for 'It'. We need the All Seeing Eye for this job!"
The skeleton sprinted out of the room, his bony legs clattering against the stone floor. Moments later, he returned with a mysterious purple eye, its surface swirling with dark magic.
"Why have you summoned me?" the eye asked, its voice telepathic and cold.
"I request your services, ancient one. I am searching for a skeleton," the lich explained. The eye then glowed purple and information transferred into the lich's head.
The lich outraged, killed the skeleton by casting a powerful magic that instantly disintegrated the skeleton.
The lich's eyes blazed with fury as he stared down at the dust that remained of the skeleton. "Useless fool!" he snarled. "You made me waste one of my precious contracts when you were right above him! What have you to say for yourself?"
The dust offered no response, and the lich let out an exasperated sigh. He had been so close to obtaining his prize, yet now it seemed that victory had slipped through his bony fingers.
"Our contract is now done," the eye said, the lich turned his attention to the disembodied eye that hovered nearby. "If you wish to receive more information from me in the future, you know what to do. Bring me the usual currency... and goodbye."
The eye nodded silently and vanished into thin air, leaving the lich alone with his frustration. He seethed with anger, knowing that he had just lost two important pawns while the prize he had been seeking was tantalizingly close.
"This is terrible," he muttered to himself, pacing back and forth in his hidden lair. "His currency doesn't exist anymore! How am I supposed to get what I need now?" He paused, his bony fingers drumming impatiently against his leg. "That skeleton's stupidity really got in the way," he grumbled, his frustration mounting with every passing moment.
Sudden gusts of cold air blew into the room, sending shivers down the lich's bony spine. The walls shook and shattered under the powerful force of the wind, revealing a chilling darkness beyond. The lich's bony fingers trembled as he tried to control the chaos that surrounded him.
"It's okay, my young protege," a voice whispered in his head, soothing his fears. "The skeleton is not lost. He will be captured, and you will gain his body. You will become the true Divine Skeleton of the legends." The voice belonged to Virakma, the god of Chaos, whom the lich worshipped with all his being.
The lich nodded obediently, feeling a sense of power coursing through his bones. "Yes, my lord," he said, his voice reverberating through the cavernous room. "I will follow your command. This skeleton will be in my grasp yet!"

Siverra
=====
Siverra stood in the center of the goblin village, playing around with his magic. He had just acquired some new gear and was experimenting with different conductors for his mana. As he delved deeper into his spellcasting, he couldn't help but feel a sense of frustration. Every time he tried a new conductor, the equipment would break apart, unable to handle the sheer power of his magic. He knew he shouldn't have expected much from a goblin's village, but he couldn't help feeling disappointed.
Despite his setbacks, Siverra continued to work tirelessly to level up his skills. He knew that power was the only thing that could keep him safe in this world. As a monster, he has no political backings or allies to rely on, and so he had to rely on his own strength and cunning.
But suddenly, the peace was shattered by a deafening roar that echoed through the village. The top of Siverra's base's roof was torn off, and he could feel the ground shaking beneath him. His heart racing with adrenaline, Siverra quickly realized that he was facing a serious threat.
As he looked up, he saw a massive white gorilla staring back at him with furious eyes. The creature was easily four times the size of a normal gorilla, and its muscles rippled with raw power. Siverra knew that he had to act quickly if he wanted to survive this encounter.
"Why are you in my territory?!" the gorilla bellowed, its voice echoing through the forest. Siverra raised his hands in a gesture of peace, his heart racing with fear.
"I'm just staying here temporarily!" he shouted back, trying to reason with the beast. "I promise that if you let me stay, I'll benefit you greatly!" But the gorilla seemed to ignore his words, and with a swipe of its massive arm, it lashed out at Siverra.
He barely had time to dodge, leaping back with a start as the gorilla's claws sliced through the air where he had been standing. Siverra realized that the gorilla was purely driven by instinct, with no room for logic or reason.
Desperate to escape, Siverra summoned all his magical powers, hoping to teleport out of the gorilla's territory. But to his dismay, the magic failed to activate, leaving him stranded and vulnerable.
With no other choice, Siverra readied himself for a fight. He focused on his training, using every trick he had learned to defend himself against the gorilla's relentless attacks. He knew he had to survive, no matter what it took.
Siverra gritted his teeth in frustration. "Void Destruction!" he screamed again, but the gorilla simply crushed the black hole with ease, leaving him in shock.
"This can't be happening," he muttered, his mind racing with fear and desperation. "I can't fight it, I have to run!"
He quickly cast "Mark Move!" and teleported himself to the Goblin Village, leaving behind a trace of his magic on one of the broken walls. Exhausted from the effort, he collapsed onto the ground.
The gorilla, meanwhile, was confused by the disappearance and focused on the scent of the undead skeleton that still lingered in the air. Its powerful sense of smell led it to run towards the source, Siverra sensed that it was on the move towards him, and fast.
Siverra was in a bad state. He had used up all his mana, and he had no way of defending himself. That's when he heard another voice in his head, causing him to flinch in surprise.
"My son," the voice said. "Follow my words and guidance, and I will lead you out of this mess. However, you must promise me your loyalty in the future, when you are strong enough. Will you do this?"
Siverra felt powerless and trapped, but he knew he had no choice. "What do you want from me?" he shouted back in his mind.
"I am a god," the voice replied. "Do you promise your loyalty?"
Siverra weighed his options and realized he had to do whatever he could to survive. "Fine! I swear!" he shouted back.
Suddenly, he was engulfed in a bright blue light and transported to an unknown location that seemed untouched by anyone. He heard a final message from the voice before his mind broke apart, leaving him unconscious on the ground.
"I am the god of Order, Amkariv," the voice said. "I am currently being destroyed by the god of Chaos. I request your help. Let me live in your mind for the time being!"
