"I'm sorry for bursting your bubble, but I will not marry you." she stated. "I will only marry the person I like!"
Charmaine turned to leave. The way Jun was talking to him- it was as if he's determined to dominate her life, but she won't allow it. Never!
Jun laughed. A creepy and malicious laughter resonated from behind her. "If I were you, I wouldn't say that. I'm a very vengeful person, you know! Do you think I'm not aware of Luke Song's real identity? I can easily ruin his life!" he threatened.
A chill run down her spine along with that threat. How much did he know? She turned around and throw him a challenging glare. "What can you do? I won't let you get your hands on him."
"Really? She's Jienna Song's son, right? If that's so, then I can safely say that Luke isn't Leo's child but mine. I can easily get his custody since none you is his real parent. I can do whatever I want to him after I get his custody. I can torture him, lock him up, or send him away!" he said then chuckled. "Didn't Jienna tell you that I was her only man?"
Charmaine's face became pale. No. Jienna didn't say anything about Jun. He must be bluffing. He was just trying to deceive him. "I'm sorry Mr. Ji but I still have other things to do. I'll get going now."
"You don't believe me? Then ask Leo. Ask him if he has ever slept with Jienna. He'll tell you the truth!" he said.
Charmaine walked away and didn't look back. Luke was Jun's child? How can that be! Luke's resemblance with Leo was very obvious! She chose to believe in Jienna more. He was just trying to use Luke to get her into marrying him!
Luke.... Although she was telling herself that she was correct and Jun was wrong, she still felt troubled by his words. She hailed a cab and got in. She was initially planning to see her parents but she changed her mind after that conversation with Leo's elder brother. She wants to see Leo now. She wants to ask him about Jienna. Was it true that he never slept with Jienna before?

Leo was drinking a cup of hot coffee in the living room when he heard the sound of a car pulling through the driveway. A few seconds later, he heard his doorbell ringing. He glanced at the sky through the window. The clouds were low and it seems like the rain would pour any minute now. He wondered who came to visit him.
Leo slowly stood up to answer the door. Who greeted him however was the least person he expected to pay him a visit.
"Hello! Do you still remember me? I'm Chanel Aikens. We met in Mr. Gibbs' banquet. Can I come in? I want to discuss something with you." she said with a smile.
Leo raised his brows. The woman was both lovely and lively. He wondered what she came for. "Sure." he replied allowing her to get in. "Please have a seat." he gestured to the sofa when they reached the living room.
The woman sat on the settee and Leo chose to sit on a single seater across her seat. She stared at the empty three seater sofa on her left. Why was he sitting so far away?
"You need anything from me, Miss Aikens?" he asked at once.
The woman turned to him and smiled. "No need to be so formal. You can just call me Chanel." she said. But Leo didn't give her any reply so she just proceeded with her aim. "I heard you were having problems about the Ji Group. I'm here to offer help."
"A problem? What kind of problem have you heard?" he asked as she stare at the blonde beauty in front of him. She's fine, but not his type.
"I heard you were slandered in your company and that you lost your position as the president. I can help you get back your position. I'll help you clear your name. I'll convince your grandfather to take you back." she offered.
Leo smiled. Such big talk. He looked away and his eyes caught a glimpse of the raindrops starting to hit his windows. It's starting to rain now. He better get rid of this woman soon before Luke wakes up from his nap. "And... what do you want me to do in exchange for your kindness?"he probed. The woman's face turned red when she saw Leo's smile. He was really handsome!
"Nothing! I'm not asking anything in return.... I just... You see... I like you. That's why I want to help you." she said before moving into the left corner of the sofa, a closer seat to Leo. "What do you think?"
The woman reached for Leo's hand but he avoided it and quickly stood up and moved away. "Thank you for your offer but I can't take it. I'm sorry but... I can't encourage you to like me since I can't promise you anything." he refused at once. The woman also stood up, her smile turning to a frown.
"Why? I just want to help you!" she protested.
"Well, If I take your offer, my wife might misunderstand us." he said with a smirk.
"Wife? You're married?", she asked with eyes wide open. She was surprised but only for a while. After just a few seconds, she was able to calm herself again. "You must be kidding." she uttered. She already checked and Leo wasn't married. He must be saying that because she happened to say something offensive. She needs a little time to change his impression of her.
"Oh! Look at that! It's raining outside now! Can I stay a little while more? Just until the rain stops." she said before taking off her long white coat. Underneath it was a black short sleeveless dress with a plunging neckline. She threw her coat on a chair and walked towards Leo. The man stepped back but didn't notice another single seater behind him; he tripped and fell on the chair.
Chanel just had Leo cornered on a chair when a pair of footsteps resounded from the main door. Both of them turned to look and saw a woman coming in.
"Oh! I'm sorry. The door was open. Please continue. I'll head upstairs first." Charmaine said before turning around and leaving that shocking scene behind.
Chanel Aikens was on top of Leo on a chair! Just what did she see?
