Chapter 263 - Visit

A carriage was already waiting for him outside which was prepared beforehand since he cannot walk due to the falling snow. He had no opinion about this so he accepted their goodwill climbed in the carriage. From the inside, he watched as the snow slowly fell down and started to cover the ground making it whiter and whiter as the days passed by. His mind started to wander until it ended up with thoughts about Leila, of how she had been or what was she doing right now. These swirling thoughts in his mind startled him as the beating of his heart started to become fast and louder. He did not understand why this woman would suddenly invade his mind so in a haste, he shook his head to get rid of his thoughts. Gladly, they already reached the entrance of the town where he alighted from the carriage.
