The loud banging of a book being forcefully closed echoed inside the dimly lit room. King Leon whi had just read through the pages of the book stood up in a rage. His face contorted in anger as he tried to steady his breathing and control his emotions. The events of the past he had learned, he had a difficult time accepting them all. A grudge of a thousand years had stolen his son and his beloved wife from him. The greed of humanity had festered for so long and had been the root cause of every conflict he had ever known.
This world was truly unforgiving, what would it take for someone to turn from a person of a kind heart to a person full of darkness? Tolerance doesn't always mean that a person is patient and magnanimous, and that someone would gladly take everything without feeling anything. Why does it need to be that the future geberation should suffer fro what had been done in the past? Do they deserve to be treated like this or maybe they should?
