"What do you mean I don't have authorization to enter. I am the Sect Leader!" Rielen held her head in her hand as the yelling voice of the sect leader filtered into the treatment room. She sighed and grabbed Eon's arm.
"Go and get checked out." She said. Eon wanted to protest, but the look on her face was stern. She pushed him towards the treatment bed and he reluctantly sat down. Brushing back his hair she laid a kiss on his cheek and rested her forehead against his briefly.
The healer elder came up to her side and placed an armband into her hand. The armband was trimmed with gold and was distinctly different then the other healers. "You need to rest and recover too. Healer's orders." She smiled down at him and left the room.
Eon watched her leave and felt the exhaustion flood over him. The elder healer checked his status and helped him get situated into the bed. After having Karla as his personal healer for years it was almost too quiet.
