As they walked around, Stuart said, "It's your day. What do you want to do?"
Stuart turned to face her. Edie's eyes were shining with excitement. "I can go anywhere or do anything?"
Stuart nodded his head. He allowed himself to be helpless before her. He was going to let her do whatever she wanted to do. "What did you have in mind?" Stuart asked.
"There's so much to do. I don't know where to go first," Edie said anxiously. Europe was filled with famous architecture, hundreds of shops to wander through, dozens of restaurants, and thousands of years of history.
They spent hours touring Europe, visiting museums, markets, shops, and even took a bike tour around the city. As they sat in one of the cafes, Stuart couldn't take his eyes off her. Then suddenly he thought of something. "You know what's the best thing about being in a foreign country?" He seemed to laugh but looked at her with a curious intensity.
