Hearing his words, Edie rolled her eyes without saying a word.
At the moment, Stuart sounded relatively stable and serious. She realized that the man was telling her what he really felt for her.

Edie frowned and said, "You might really diss me. You just feel embarrassed to tell me."
"Indeed. I would feel embarrassed. But how could I do it? I've fallen in love with you. You don't need to look pretty or sexy. You can even be bad at sex. I don't care. I would love you all the time. I would love you forever. You are the one I fall in love with."
Then, Stuart kissed on her forehead. His voice sounded really sweet.
Feeling his breath approaching her, Edie's heart beat faster and faster.

Edie flushed again. She might be angry or shy.
"I need to go now."
Apparently, she couldn't stay in the kitchen for one more moment. It'd be better for her to leave now.
