Stuart glanced up sharply and stared into Eddie's eyes, "What did you say?"
"Stuart, I don't want to play games with you anymore. You and I are from two different worlds. You have been privileged your whole life and came from the upper class. Where I struggled my whole life coming from the lower class, we both have different values, morals, and ethics."
Eddie took a deep breath, and it felt like every breath hurt, "Maybe our marriage was a mistake. If you can't forget about your old girlfriend, we should get a divorce!"
Stuart was in the grip of powerful emotion. Eddie was devastated; she had no control over the present or what lies ahead. Without saying a word, he grabbed Eddie by the wrist and pulled her into a room and slammed the door.
Eddie tried to struggle, but Stuart was too strong. She kicked and wriggled, but couldn't break free. Suddenly there was silence, and Eddie and Stuart could only hear each other's breathing as they glared at each other.
