[G.E.N.O.S Main Headquarters, Command room]
Inside the bustling command room, many people were currently on their operational basis as they all stared to the different perspective they have on the screen
Currently they were conducting an operation Wipeout towards the group of rebels and Kaido's group who somehow just as they expected would sooner or later make contact with each other
Just early this few days they have recived a confirmation about the contact and was deliberately issued the day of their meet up
Due to the circumstances being good about taking out two annoying group, the organization naturally followed its course as they planned the huge operation that they were going to operate at the middle of Tokyo
Starting from that Head Chief Kojou was naturally informed of such details that he once more personally meddled with such situation that he had interfered with it this time
"Status check!" He shouted out in the command room
"All units are all green!"
"The Frontline assaults are all moving towards their position situated in all corner of the building!"
"The espers numbered about twenty for safety measures are on place!"
"Were currently deploying heavy machinery and air support!"
As they reported that Head Chief Kojou then reviewed everything that was given to him especially the espers that were given involve in the operation
Ranging from subject no. 96, 97, and 98 some of their other espers were also there such as subject no. 102, 103, 104, 105, 106, 107, 108, 109, 110, 111, 112, 113, 114, 115, 116
Aside from them even subject no. 100 Aaron and subject no. 101 Haruka was also involved in the operation
Currently their espers were situated right at the far back of the assault team as they let all heavy equipped people to firstly wore their targets out, after all they were assigned to finalize the operation by complexities subduing their target of annihilate them
With extensive preparations Head Chief Kojou then issued an heavy air support while including navy support artillery and ground tank support
Of course since such operation was being done they then evacuated all the people situated in the huge area in Tokyo towards another place with the help from their secret helper in the government which was the vice president and Head minister of defense
The evacuation was then issued right after Kaido and his whole group was inside the target place, following that event one particular esper from their side then isolated the space around that area to completely separate them from the disturbance outside
Naturally the evacuation wasn't smooth as some people understood their premises, while some grumbled in such way, which took longer than the necessary expected time, but since this was heavily backed by some of the government official, the natural people then had no way of disobeying such decree
Luckily its been around an hour since the evacuation of the people and Kaido's group haven't left the premises even one bit, but nevertheless they still didn't stay idle as Head Chief Kojou heavily tapped on the table with a frown on his face
"Hiw much time till all the people are evacuated for about more than a 50 mile radius?"
Hearing that all people in charge of such a thing, then responded
"The evacuation is taking longer than expected sir! If this keeps up then perhaps we will need about another 60 minutes..."
"Thats just show how large is the population were moving sir!"
At that Head Chief Kojou then said
"Well hurry it up! We don't know when those targets are going to make a move, but I'm telling you! We need to evacuate as much people as we could to prevent heavy losses in our country, after all in the surface we are regarded by the people as rule abiding organization that works for their own good! Plus we got the backing of the government!"
With that they replied
"Understood sir!"
Continuing that they then made their move as fast as possible while the target was still on site

An hour has passed since then and the target was still on the same location, but seeing that no movement could be seen used nor anomaly presenting at that moment, they then concluded that perhaps the two groups was still inside
Sadly subject no. 001 wasn't there to completely aide them, afyer all with just only subject no. 001, they could have easily dealt with such opponent
"An hour has passed! The evacuation of the normal civilians for about 50 mile radius has been completed!"
"We can finally start an masse operation sir!"
Hearing that Head Chief Kojou then straightened his attire as he boldly ordered
"Great! We will start our operation! All assigned personnel for the assault team get to your position! All eyes on the target, do not let them get away this time..."
After that he then said
"Were going to wipe them all out right this instant!"
With that everyone then started to move towards their position as everyone put their eyes on the target place
Seeing that Head Chief Kojou then nodded as he issued a command
"Send this coordinates towards our own navy support captain 35.6586° N, 139.7454° E, one strike!"
Hearing that the person in charge of the communication then relayed the message towards the navy captain
Of course upon that order the navy captain then followed the given command as he aimed one of it's cannon towards the direction given by Head Chief Kojou
Keep in mind that such destroyer then aimed its cannon towards the given coordinates was a Kongo class destroyer
Upon locking unto the coordinates the captain gave an order
"Fire!"
With a roaring sound, the cannon then shot out a projectile towards the location where Kaido and the rest were situated

A few minutes back wherein kaido and the rest were completely ignorant of the chaotic situation outside, they were then at the certain part wherein Tenpei couldn't help but be a slight angry towards Kaido's notion that they were weak
But before any commotion could come up between Tenpei and Argos, Akari who couldn't watch this unfold, then stood up and adruotly stopped the two sides from confronting each other
"Stop! Stop! Stop! Both of you stop! The result of this fight would be a gruesome one!"
Hearing that Sara then said a remark
"Akari? Why are you stopping this now? Tenpei just wanted to prove that were not weak! Whats the problem with that?"
"She right Akari-chan! It's not good when you meddle with a fight between men!" Added Asahi
"Akari! We can't just let they babble all they want! Atleast through this we can prove to them that were worth much" added Homura who somehow scrutinized Kaido's group
At this moment Akari showed a pained expression, causing Tenpei to look at her in understanding
"Akari! Don't tell me you saw a future where I was beaten up by this guy? Is he really that strong?" Asked Tenpei, after all he can adjust to his surroundings and was quite a well tempered person, thus he asked Akari for confirmation
With that everyone then glanced towards Akari as they waited for her reply
"Yes! You were completely beaten up! The strength he showed is abnormal, he clearly thrashed you without showing much of his strength, in fact the reason why I didn't refute them about saying that were weak because they are all monsters in terms of combat and destructiveness... except for that black haired girl and the blonde boy" said Akari as he glanced at Ayame and Endou
Receiving that piercing gaze Ayame then together with Endou pouted to a certain degree
"Well I'm sorry that I'm not an esper!"
"Im sorry that im not proficient in combat!"
At that the whole place then became silent for a moment before everyone could hear Kaido drinking down the beverage that was served to him a couple of minutes ago
For what seems to be like a 5 minutes or so, the silence then continued as Kaido suddenly raised his head and said
"Sincethe partnership is established the lets move on to our discussion shall we?"
Hearing that Akari then said
"But we haven't..."
But before she could continue, Kaido then interrupted her
"Dont worry about small details, whether you want it or not, its quite understandable that the existence of every member of your group are all now dependent on us who had fought and killed some of the organization espers, plus I'm telling you that whether we want it or not, we can definitely destroy the organization in a blink of an eye if we put our mind into it"
With that Akari once more nodded in appreciation as Sara together with Asahi and Homura were quite hesitant for a little, as for Tenpei he was slowly and closely observing Argos as he remembers Akari said that the former had thrashed him without showing off its full force
Through that the situation once more calmed down as they begun stating what they did
"Naturally our group had destroyed 3 bases from the organization, saved some of them, but some were not so lucky" said Akari
After that she continued
"In fact we have heard about you in some way, which sparks our desire of freedom, subject no. 099... the 99th successfully enhanced esper, I heard that your treatment was less humane than the others cause of your ability"
At that Kaido waved his hand as he said
"You don't have to sympathize with me cause its useless, sympathizing at my treatment isn't going to change the fact that made me a person today"
"Indeed! But after that incident in Hokkaido, you then disappeared for about a year and reappeared at the same place you've gone missing, thats a mystery on itself... adding to that you now is much more crazily powerful than yourself 1 year in the past... just what happened to you?" Asked Akari
Hearing that everyone that belonged to this world then glanced at Kaido, especially Ayame since she was also curious of his sudden disappearance for more than a year
With that Kaido breath put a mouthful of breath as he replied
"There are somethings that aren't meant to be known, but what i can tell you is that my experience for this one year of disappearance was hell, everyday you have to look out for your life just to survive, you can't even put your guard down especially since humans often can't be trusted..."
With that Akari then nodded as he put that matter aside before becoming silent
Noticing that she went silent Kaido then said
"The reason why the organization is so tough to crack isn't because of espers nor their foundation"
"!!!"
"The reason for that because they have an extraordinary backer supporting them and guess What!!! The vice president, head minister of defense, Supreme Court Justice, and especially half of the known government are backing such crooked organization, naturally the president was in the dark of this... but nevertheless no matter what you do as long this officials arenr targeted, then your efforts will be wasted"
Hearing that everyone in the rebel group widened their eyes in surprise, unexpectedly to them they weren't going against off the organization but mostly half of the government which was unexpected to them
With that Sara then adruptly stood up as she asked
"How do you know all that? Can you confirm that notion?"
At that Kaido then smirked as he gave them a tsk sound before replying
"I confirmed it just a few days ago after having endou infiltrate some of the communication relay that the organization had, after all tampering a communication line is much more easier than hacking the internal software of an organization"
"What else even if you destroy all the organization facilities in this country, it will still be a drop in a bucket in compare to the large number of branches a over the world, Japan isn't the only country where esper exist you know"
With that they were then complete dumbfounded by that information, after all they were only focusing at the esper in Japan, never had they expected that the other countries might have possibly exist such the same organization too
In fact what's more surprising to them was that the government was involved in such organization, thus increasing the difficulty of getting rid of them
With a sighed Akari then shook her head in dejection from this information as she planned to think Kaido, but before she could say anything, kaido and the rest suddenly turned grim as the latter felt an unusual disturbance in space
After feeling the surroundings for awhile, Kaido suddenly sensed the oncoming projectile east of them, causing him to immediately covered everyone with his psychic barrier
At that moment Akari saw an immediate foresight of a projectile hitting them from afar, causing herself to turn graver
"Everyone take cover!"
As she shouted that a huge explosion then rung up towards everyone as they all got blown away by the force of the crash
Luckily no one was injured due to the psychic barrier coated on them by Kaido's control
In a swift Kaido drew back his arm causing everyone to be pulled behind him as she shouted towards Sui who was held by Ayame
"Sui!"
"Yes papa!"
Recognizing the terror of the attack, Sui then immediately touched the ground causing thick roots to sprung up from below and turning it into a complete dome barrier
After all Sui grew up in the world where survival was a must, thus such situation didn't even falter her focus
At that moment just Sui erupted the plant like dome barrier, rain of bullets then drop down towards them as every assault team situated all around them had opened fire
Following them some even launched rpg, tank barrage, and molotov's to wear the dome
Realizing the dire situation that they were in, Kaido couldn't help but laugh at this sight as it gets him exhilarated
"Looks like the organization really wants us dead"
After that he glanced at everyone around him as he said
"Lets show them hell"
