"Not only that but its statistic that show in this operation shows that such skills and efficiency from subject no. 099 had completely exceeded his last performance... does this mean that subject no. 099 has grown stronger in a short period of time?"
"You guys must be overthinking it! He might have hid his strength from the very beginning just so that could catch us off guard and slowly destroy all the facilities in Japan"

"But don't worry! I'll take care of such matter regarding subject no. 099, in fact I have already a plan in mind and just need a few help from the America branch"
Hearing that they then asked

With that Head Chief Kojou then answered
"I need them to lend subject no. 001, im my plan he's the key to our success"
Upon mentioning that various among them started to mutter to each other as they were completely stunned by such request
After all many of them knew just how dangerous is subject no. 001 when left unchecked
In fact he was so strong that subject no. 001 could literally obliterate the planet just by blinking, cause of that they then talked this out over before giving their verdict
"Head Chief Kojou! Your request is unprecedented! We are completely shook! We need time to consider cause of our own reason, so in time please do well with what resources you had"
Upon hearing that Head Chief Kojou understood that the upper echelons have given him a vague answer of consideration
Due to that he just slightly nodded in understanding as he said

With that last words the whole meeting then had been adjourned

As the sun sets to night, the places around every corridor of the way started to get dark
During this time Kitamura, Shinji was muttering something under his breath as he thought of the idea of running away due to the incident that happened not long ago in the city
"Subject no. 099 had killed 5 espers from the organization, thus proving his strength... he's a completely dangerous guy... if that was the case then I need to run"
"I need to get away from here as far as possible with my family... Yoshida after this I need to pack up my bags and drag my family to run away to another country... subject no. 099 is just to dangerous, you never knew when he might target me"
As he muttered that, he then turned to a corner as he plans to get home to his wife and his children with a plan to ran away from this country
After all Kaido was way above his league
While he was walking, he suddenly noticed a silhoutte at the other hand of the corner as it stared at him with cold eyes
Perfectly concluding as an attack, Kitamura then took ahold of his pistol inside his pocket as he asked in wariness
"Who are you? Why did you come here? Who sent you?"
But as he asked this, only silence enveloped the place as the shadow immediately unsheathed its blade towards him
During their standoff the sun had then finally set as the lighting from various lamp post lighted up which illuminated his attackers face
At that instant he then saw Melfina's face which was the exact features of one of Kaido's group
Noticing that she was in the same group as subject no. 099 he then pulled out his Beretta model 92 and aimed it towards Melfina while firing 3 shots towards her in certain interval
At the same time he pulled out his gun, Melfina then completely unsheathed her dagger and blade as she lounged forward without hesitation at all
Even though the traveling speed of a bullet was much faster than magic projectiles, she then efficient got used to such weapon by using the unique traits of being an elf, especially their above average reaction time and flexibility
Raising her dagger she then easily deflected such shot towards another direction as she immediately aimed for Kitamura's lower defenses
Striking from below she then brandished her blade as she slashed upward just about right enough to slice apart Kitamura's gun
Unfortunately Kitamura saw through all of this as he immediately pulled back his hand, before sending a knee kick towards Melfina's hand holding the blade
Likewise Melfina countered such an approach by kicking away such a leg and just in time to withdraw her hand
After that they took a distance from each other as Kitamura glared at her
"Your with subject no. 099 right? Don't belittle me, even thought im a teacher im still an agent! You won't be able to capture me that easily"
Once more his remark was met with utter silence
On the other hand Melfina had already expected such a situation after all she had already fought with the organizations agent's before when they tried to get close to Sui, due to that this situation wasn't new to her
Once more she then chathed forward as she raised both her dagger and blade infront of her
Seeing that Kitamura then aimed his gun towards her and shot a few more shots before doing a quick reload as if he was stuttering
After deflecting his bullets Melfina then jumped forward as she planned to strike a heavily blow towards him in one slash, but that all changed as she immediately rolled to the side the moment Kitamura aimed his reloaded gun to her face
As she dodged Kitamura fired two times of his bullet to her previous position, before redirecting him aim towards her and fired three more times
Due to that melfina immediately rolled forward as she slid sideways and kicked his ankle
Groaning in pain Kitamura tried reaching out towards her, only to miss his chance
With that Melfina swiftly moved once more behind him and kicked his face straight up, causing him to crash unto the wall with pain reverberating throughout his body
"Damn it!"
As he said that he tried to aim towards her once more only to get his gun swiftly cut away
Seeing that he then immediately threw his gun to the side as he engaged at a hand to hand combat with her, but due to Melfina's adept fighting capabilities added with her speed, flexibility and swiftness, she then easily trampled over Kitamura as if a performer beating away its opponent
With a high kick straight to his jaw, kitamura then fell on all four as he was in a daze due to that attack
Using this opening melfina then immediately went in and drop an axe kick towards him to completely knock him out
After making sure that he was unconscious Melfina then contacted Kaido through the phone that was given to her by Kaido's Mother Kiriha

At this moment Kaido was taking a bath to wash away the blood and stain on his body
In fact Kaido chose to do this instead of using his ability to clean himself was because bathing has a completely different feel on it
While he was doing this Ingrid together with Argos, Aileene, Sui, Fengris, and Endou who just woke up were watching the recent news which portays the incident and mass killing that Kaido did in the city
Coincidentally Kaido's Mother Kiriha was also here except for her husband Taiki who chose to be left behind in his company to avoid suspicion from the organization
After all the organization didn't knew that Kaido had long made contact with his parents
Additional to her Ayame was also in the room for the time being
Due to her presence the atmosphere inside the room was quite different than usual since Kaido's current woman Ingrid was inside the room together with Kaido's past girlfriend Ayame
Since they were both here the other didn't even knew what to do between a fight of two women who fell in love with the same man
In fact both Argos and Fengris pretended to not see anything since they don't like woman's carnage
As both Ingrid and Ayame observed each other, Kaido then came out with only his towel covering his lower half as he picked up the phone near the desk
Naturally this scene made both Ingrid and Ayame blush due to Kaido's appearance, but after awhile they then returned to observing each other
At this moment Kaido was communicating with Melfina over the phone as he got his target on his hands
After hearing the successful operation he then hanged the call as he said to the others
"We got our target! Time to dish out some information"
