With confusion in his eyes Asuto then glared at Zerathras as he asked for the reason why he being killed instead of fulfilling his wish
"I thought you would change everything and help me"
"I would... It's just that I can do such a thing with or without you" replied Zerathras
After that he then started absorbing all of Asuto's life force as that kept the latter alive for all these years
"No... No... You... You..." Struggled Asuto as he tried fighting for the life force that was being stolen from him
"From the very start, you Asuto is just an extra, your power... No your energy is what I needed to sustain my whole being for awhile until I can find all my body parts... So I really am thankful for all your contribution"
With that nothing can stop Zerathras from absorbing Asuto's energy, not even anyone who was conscious wanted to help him, after all this is what everyone calls karma
But as their worry about fighting Asuto lessens, their worry about fighting such entity that can kill asuto greatly increases by the moment since such an enemy will really be out of their league
Even Aileene and the rest were wary of such an entity
Soon after all life was sucked out of Asuto's body as it only turned into an empty corpse with all it's energy drained away into nothingness
After all that was done, Zerathras then threw the corpse away as he glanced at the crowd below
"Such youthful life force... sadly everything will be absorb into nothingness"
As he said that Hibiki suddenly jolted into an attempt to attack Zerathras as he felt like the entity itself stole what rightfully his, after all Asuto was his target, unfortunately he was still unable to defeat him even if he offered his life in exchange for power
Just as he was about to do something big in such a critical moment, such entity then appeared and killed Asuto right before his eyes, for now he only feel conflicted whether he should be happy for the occasion or not
But before she could proceed into doing such a reckless move, zerathras.then simply stared them down into submission as the entity actually smiled in delight after witnessing that they were suppressed completely
"Good"
With that he then twisted the dimension in order to rip it apart, unfortunately he then saw Hibiki slowly standing up as his power output gradually increases as time pass on
With curiosity he looked at Hibiki before smirking for a bit
"What's this a talent? How unexpected... A person can actually increase his power as time goes on... Just what did you sacrifice for such power?"
Of course with another stare Hibiki then finally fell down unto the floor as he felt awhile lot of weight was poured down towards him, completely flattening him to the ground
With no way resistance Zerathras then moved towards Hibiki to slowly feel his power
"Such light attributed power... Are you perhaps descendants of the gods? Not likely.... After all if your a descendant then you should have recognized me" concluded Zerathras as he touched Hibiki's aura using it's fingers that seemed to sensitively feel every flow of Mana
After looking at Hibiki's disgusted expression he then glanced at the other people around and noticed the existence of something else
"A calamity class being? Not only one but actually three... No... The fourth one is on the other side barely hanging on for dears life"
Hearing that Argos, Aileene, and Fengris immediately thought of Kaido barely hanging on to his life on the other side of the battlefield
After all from the very start Kaido was isolated with such entity on the other side, God knows what might happened on that location
Seeing their worry and anger in their eyes he then chuckled as he said
"No worries he is still alive, barely... If you don't hurry then he might really die you know..." Said Zerathras as he crouched down infront of Aileene and touched her skin
"Smooth skin... You got there" complimented Zerathras
Of course as the people that were unable to.move an inch, the only thing they could do was endure as much as they can and as long as they can, after all even though they can still fight they were not at the peak state and can only provide time for others survival
Calculating all possible ways to deal such situation, Argos then lowered his head as such entity has still yet revealed anything big to then yet
They were lacking information
Such flaw could be considered fatal if not taken serious
After that Zerathras walked back towards Hibiki as he said
"You made me stall for a bit of time in here, thus draining a small part of my energy, as compensation... I think it's enough if I take someone else here right?"
Hearing that all of them became tensed as they saw Zerathras slowly bypass Ng them and stopped infront of Larval
"Looks like your it"
Hearing that Larval's eyes constricted into shock expression, while the other vassals including Seralyn roared in disapproval in order to divert Zerathras attention
Unfortunately Zerathras ignored such controversial matters and crushed Larval's head before absorbing his life force completely turning him into a simple bag of bones
After that all the energy wanted by Zerathras was completely replenished causing him to smile
With content he then twisted the space in front of him before saying his farewell to the others present
"Till next time we meet"
With that he disappeared completely from everyone's sight thus lifting the pressure they all bare
With those gone Seralyn immediately rushed towards Larval together with Sylvia and Marxcus near her
Checking for any signs of life, she then dejectedly sat on the ground as he once more lost another person from her side
Seeing her dejected expression, both Hepta and Belial clearly understood that Larval had completely disappeared and will never return
Due to that a sudden hatred spreads out inside of them harboring anger towards Zerathras
For once Belial had a hard time controlling his raging aura as such emotions was being poured unto it
On the other hand Elijah finally woke up and only saw Hibiki slowly fading away as his body was turning into light particles one by one
With worry he then headed towards Hibiki as he asks for his condition
"Hibiki!... What happened? What's happening to you?"
Hearing that Hibiki then laughed as he glanced towards Elijah and said
"This... This is the price I had to pay for power... Unfortunately... It's not enough"
With that he then started tumbling down as he saw his feet starting to fade away
With that Elijah noticed one thing upon witnessing all the corpse around them, as Asuto died, many more were being sacrificed
Out of all three heroes that had been gathered, only one survived causing him to burden everything
Alduin was dead and Horus was also dead, now Hibiki was dying right before his eyes
He was just only a kid and now he started seeing everyone he knew on this trip dying right before his eyes
With worry and tears rolling down his face he then tried to save Hibiki
"Hey! Don't leave me! Come on! How will I explain this?
Hearing that Hibiki then started crying too as he thought of Lily, Sadly he wasn't able to go back to her and doomed to perish in this place
"Elijah! Listen! Listen!.... You need to tell her everything that happened here... Tell her I was happy to have met everyone... Tell her that I made up with both Mia and Alda and now going to be together with them... Tell her I don't regret ever meeting her"
With that he started losing all senses in his organ as his hand fell unto the floor
Of course Elijah tried his best to hold unto him as he tried to struggled with such burden
"Hey! Stay strong! Hibiki stay strong!"
With his last minute Hibiki then glanced at Kaido from the other side who was also in a dying state
"Meet you on the other side..."
With that his whole body completely vanished without a trace only leaving his tattered armor and sword behind

Not far from them Kaido was struggling to keep himself alive after having his heart crushed by Zerathras
He thought that he would die without anyone dying, but luckily Argos together with Ailenne and Fengris came over and tried to save him
Firstly Aileene lifted Kaido unto her chest and bit his neck trying to input some of its blood unto him to try and activated his regenerative ability
Unfortunately the corrosive power of Zerathras was too strong thus even with her help she couldn't even do anything
No one in their group was capable of healing magic as they felt lost on what to do, but after seeing their worried expression Kaido felt that this expression is what they also expressed to every Calamity Class Being they saw dying
And now such expression was shown to him which made him chuckle on the inside
Of course Kaido wasn't much of a comforter of such, and also he doesn't like to talk too much narrative so instead of coming them, he just thought of everyone he would leave behind and also everything that will be left unfinished
He felt mortified after realizing that his death wouldn't fulfill his wish for revenge
All this time he tried surviving in this harsh world by trying so much as to destroy everything that could harm him, unfortunately he has gone beyond what he could take on this time, which overwhelmed him by so much
Dying in a unexpected way wasn't his style but he can be sure about one thing
He will try to remember everything about his revenge and fulfill his wish, so without any more thoughts hindering him
He then glanced at Aileene, Fengris, and Argos as he said
"Wait for me"
With that he closed his eyes as his vision started to turn blurry and images of his whole life flash before his eyes
In this raid towards the void, the casualties of such activity reach an astronomical number including the death of two heroes and Kaido
Soon after the whole demon world mourned for their loss as they felt that they lost more in this raid rather than gaining anything at all
As for Elijah he returned to the elven lands and told everyone that happened, due to that Cara begun to mourn for Horus and understood his reasoning for passing everything to her
After that he then announced to the Beastman Country and Human Empire about the death of Alduin and Hibiki
Due to that Lily cried on her seat upon hearing that causing Evelyn her mother to comfort her as much as she can, followed by that Xyrus became enraged as he charged towards Elijah trying to deny the fact of Alduin's death
To him he blamed Elijah and Horus for allowing Alduin to die in such a place unknown to all of ty present
As proof of what he said, he returned Alduin's body towards Xyrus, this igniting more of their rage while he returned the armor and sword towards Lily
Of course such reactions were different as Lily felt sad and glad for Hibiki's reconciliation, all she had now as a companion that she knew was Luke himself
Soon the announcement of Kaido's death spreads all over the world which somehow elevated the mood of the people that were victims of his destruction, but as for the people that knew him, they clearly mourned for him especially Lily
As for Ingrid upon hearing Kaido's death she was completely stunned as she started to cry on her bed every night, for days she locked herself inside her room and never going out at all
She couldn't bare the news as such thing wasn't supposed to happen at all
As for Sui naturally she cried all day but soon sobered up after hearing that Okou and the others were going to build a memorial and grave for Kaido
After it's completion, some of the people that were very close to Kaido then mourned for him as some cried
Such people were Rebecca, Okou, Melfina, Zia, Ingrid, Sui
While for some they tried to be as tough as possible such as Marquez Lucio, and Reinbach with his family
After some time lily paid her her respect as she personally attended Kaido's burial
Of course such burial was empty as Kaido's body was never found even after everything settled down

Meanwhile inside black castle, the home of Aileene in the Demon Continent, Kaido's body was laying down on a coffin bed that Aileene had prepared
After all Aileeneused conservation magic on Kaido's body as both Fengris and Argos waited inside the castle all this time as if waiting for something to happen
