[Black Old Castle, Demon Continent]
As the three moved inside the castle, for some reason Fengris was taking cautious of his surroundings while talking to himself
"Moshi Moshi!!! We are entering your castle, I hope there's no trap laid anywhere..."
As he said that Argos couldn't help but be embarrassed on how Fengris was acting
"Well he's being cautious since last time he charged in here he almost activated mostly all of the traps laid in the castle, at most whenever I remember it, I always felt it was finny" explained Argos the moment Kaido tried to ascertain Fengris actions
Slowly but surely the group of three managed to get to the second floor without any hitch whatsoever
After that they immediately headed straight for Aileene's study room
It didn't take long for them to actually find her, since both Argos and Fengris has a past experience when they try to talk it out to her
Soon they arrived infront of a huge wooden door, and when Argos pushed the door in, for some reason it only produced such mechanical sounds that can be heard in the movies
When they entered they somehow saw a little girl with only the height which rose slightly above Kaido's chest, was apparently looking at them with her red eyes
The little girl was clothed in blue vest shirt, long white sleeved under shirt, a short miniskirt, black cape right for her size, coupled with her white hair and red eyes, she more or less looks like a scholar
"That's Aileene" whispered Fengris
At some time Aileene slowly raises her head and confronted both the gaze of all three of them as she said
"What an unusual mix, so how can I help you guys with?"
"Oh come on! Cheer up! We've been acquaintanced for about a few years at most" said Fengris as he approached her
"That maybe true,but I never allowed you to get close right? Go back to where you came from mutt" replied Aileene as she glared at Fengris
"Ehh?!?! Come on! Don't be mean!" Said Fengris
"I'm not mean! It's just the way of who I am, be careless and i might just kill you off" threatened Aileene
"Huh!?! Don't be like that" pouted Fengris
"Then stay put mutt"
As both Fengris and Aileene Becker against each other, her gaze suddenly moved towards Argos who seemed to be looking through a pile of books
"Just say your intentions since I know both of you wouldn't go here without any prior intentions at all" said Aileene
Upon hearing her Argos somehow smiled as he closed a book and returned it to its shelf before facing her
"Do you want to get to the point or do you want me to sugar coat it?" Asked Argos
"To the point and make it fast" answered Aileene
"Alright" muttered Argos
After taking it a mouthful of breath, Argos finally said their intentions upfront
"Black pool!!!"
With that word spoken, for some reason Aileene stiffen in her place as she eyed Argos
"You... . . Why do you want to use it?" She asked
"Well I did remember in the past, you boasted it's effect, especially how it can strengthens one's body, heal it, and somehow retrieve what's it's lost" said Argos
"I did say that but I also said that it wouldn't workout as simple as that, if one use it no one would ever know the consequences it will make to another person" she said
"What do you mean?"
"Simply put the black pool is indeed as amazing as you said, but for me such facility was a failure, since it was somehow made after a lot of sacrifice was inputted in it... . . Now tell me honestly why do you want the black pool?" She asked
Without further ado Argos cuts everything such as flowery words and came out with a direct answer
"Calamity upgrade"
With that the room's temperature suddenly dropped as Aileene released such terrifying aura as she glared at Argos who was way tall above her
"What... Did... you... Say?"
Unfazed by her aura, Argos simply stood there as she gazed down on her
"I said calami... . . "
But before he could finish a straight right hook suddenly assualted him that caused a boom effect which somehow made an explosion sound due to it's loudness
Unfortunately Argos was still standing there undeterred, but for some reason his head was tired to the sideways as he simply brushed off Aileene's surprise attack
"No" muttered Aileene
"No thank you! We will use it however we like"
This time due to his rejection, Aileene vented out her frustration by stomping on the ground beneath her causing a cracked crater to appear
"Are you deaf?"
"No I'm not! But I'll take responsibility on what will happen afterwards"
"Your crazy! You knew that by using the black pool, not only will it revitalize one person, but it will somehow turn it into a calamity being, thus bringing a new Calamity class being among us to worry about"
"..."
"Playing ignorant till the end? Look here! The black pool isn't as fairy tale much like,we all know the power of a calamity being can make a person go crazy all over it, in turn such power attracted people thus converting their humanity in Exchange for power... . . " She said
"If one calamity being was created from it, you wouldn't if such said person will stay the same or go in a rampage, after all many people who got turned, actually broke havoc upon the world, thus we have no choice but to kill them before they endanger the world"
"I agree, such past wasn't amazing at all, at most such situation was quite stress inducing" said Fengris
After all that explanation from Aileene, at most Argos still continued to reason it out
Upon seeing Argos persistence, Aileene somehow couldn't take it anymore as she exited the room and went straight back towards the first floor
"It's all about compatibility right? I'm sure the kid can handle it, plus he wouldn't succumb to such power since his power is already commendable enough" said Argos
"The kid? That human? Are you serious?"
"I'm pretty serious"
"....."
"....."
After that Aileene glanced at Kaido and walked it up to him as she look up and stared at his eyes
Coincidentally Kaido was amazed by just how brave this little girl is when facing a calamity being, but before he could make any more mistake, Fengris immediately informed him
"That's Aileene! Don't be deceived, just like our surppressed state, she on the other side suppressed her power thus turning her into a child"
"I see..."
With that with both red eyes glaring with each other they both somehow showed out their real feelings, one was showing pure irritation, while the other was showing a lifeless non-existent emotion
Upon seeing that Aileene suddenly asked
"This kid... . . What did he lost?"
"You knew!?!?" Asked Fengris
"Nope! I guessed it by observing the state of his eyes" answered Aileene
"Ah I see... . . Well he lost he's memory, emotions, and more... . . After he did got possessed by a cursed item before"
"I see... . ."
As if understanding him, Aileene once more glared up unto Kaido as she said
"Do you even know what your trying to do?" She asked him
Hearing that Kaido answered
"I'm here to get myself fixed"
With that simple answer, Aileene on the other hand saw Kaido as someone troublesome to be with
After deliberating for a bit she turned around and headed straight towards the stairs, of course the three of them followed her through
But when they were about it land unto the first floor, Aileene's somehow stopped Midway as she turned around and asked Kaido
"Do you even know what the black pool is made of?"
"....."
Faced with silence, she somehow deducted that Kaido was kept ignorant of that fact, so without further ado she revealed to him the creation of the black pool
"At first the black pool wasn't really black and all, if was truly a pure place in which you could say the pool of the gods, but nevertheless such pool was needed by my species of that time if they want to discover power beyond supreme vampires, with such thoughts they made every preparations on it"

"With so much study and theories popping up, they become engrossed on such research just to search for greater power... . . it's pretty funny at that, but also quite terrifying too"

"In order to create the perfect black pool, all they needed last was a perfect volunteer on who would take it all in, of course the one who got picked was me the youngest of siblings back then... . . As a vessel for greater power, they somehow started their crazed research, unfortunately with the opportune to grow stronger, the other siblings of mine seemed dissatisfied as they tried to retrain me from getting powerful at such... . . It's like they're restraining me at that too with the hope of pulling me down, I'm quite disappointed at them though"

At most for whatever reason Kaido simply stood there as he listened to her story, as for both Argos and Fengris they somehow felt that the story was quite entertaining thus causing them to actually perked their ears up just to listen
"With the ritual underway, they somehow started the operation as one by one they begun to overflow the pool of pure water with black magic to make it's atmosphere as abundant as it can be, not only that but also they started applying more of sacrifices that will be made in order to make it into a success"

"The sacrifices back then we're humans too, in different shapes and sizes at that, while some were killed and drowned unto the black pool, some Instead were picked as they become my food first before plunging into the black pool... . . By the first week we sacrificed about 125 people already, but as for surely it wasn't enough... . . But what I'm more surprised is that no matter how much we piled up into the black pool, it never seemed to pile at most, it's like the pool itself were devouring dead humans"

"Soon after a massive scale of battle was ignited up between the Demon's and humans, using this opportunity the vampires rushed in as they tried to snatch away some humans, even though they were away from the battlefield, they were instead slaughtered in the black pool and served as it's nutritions... . . By the end of 1 month about 845 people were sacrificed already and by this time the pool has finally turned black as it aura started to ooze out"

"This process lasted about a year with so much sacrifice being mad eon our side as well, in the end the number of people that got killed in the process of creating a perfect power advancer, they somehow ended up killing 18000+ humans, as for me whenever I had nothing to do, I would always scoop around and absorb some of its aura"

After a year and a half with the sacrifice of 25000 human's just about the time when the Human's has finally united as one and subjugated my family and race of our lineage, I finally made a breakthrough at that time, the power was so amazing that it felt great, so as my debut the very first people that fell victim to my power were the United front of humans, in the end I killed about 1/4 of their army before they retreated back"

"The good thing was that I was able to quench my thirst to kill meaninglessly, with that achievement I manage to have self-control... . . The reason for my rising up in power was that so I can fulfill the wish of my lineage to become the strongest among our race, no such I'll intent at all" said Aileene
"Well I became a calamity being just to survive" said Argos
"Me? I became one just to be able to live my life free of danger since power is equals to safety" said Fengris
"So what's your reason for wanting power?" Asked Aileene
With nothing to hide at all, Kaido simply answered her by stating the truth
"I want revenge! I want to liberate my kind and by achieving that, I need power to destroy them... . . " Said Kaido
For some reason the answer seemed natural when it came out from his mouth, like his body seemed to know what he wanted originally even thought the person himself forgot what's his purpose in doing everything
All he know was that his subconscious was pushing him to become stronger
As for receiving her answer, Aileene for a second, breath out in resignation as her aura suddenly spiked and kicked Kaido straight towards the first floor
Of course as an effect kaido was blasted away as he stumbled across the floor due to the strength of the attack
"... . . Looks like it can't be helped Argos!"
"!!!"
"This guy just said his answer"
"...."
"In the end he wanted revenge"
"..."
"He's a danger! With that I need to kill him before it's too late"
