[Human Empire Encampment]
On the same day in a separate tent at the west of the Encampment, Kaido himself was currently undergoing experimentation on a particular stone that contains Uranium 235 and possibly Uranium 236 from the pile of the same stones
As he searched on the pile and brought back 2 stones with him on a different tent, he was somehow surprised to actually not only encounter both types of Uranium but also encounter another type of Uranium and that is Uranium 238
Compared to the two prior stones, this stone that contains the speck of Uranium 238 wasn't nuclear bomb material, rather this particular different type of Uranium can only be used on nuclear type machinery or weaponry as a power source like a battery
Even though this type of chemical element was somehow the same type, but with just a little tweak or changes based on its atom, charges, and etc. This particular changes can be used on something different entirely than the prior uses
His previous statement of copying about 25% of the original Uranium 235 wasn't an exaggeration at all, based on his perspective creating a verified nuclear energy was much harder than copying the same intense heat of it
His first undertaking and using nuclear energy was back when he was ambushed by a demonic beast back at ingra kingdom in request of prince Johannes
Unlikely he did felt that he have reciprocated the thermal energy for nuclear back then
Unfortunately when he goes back on that same spot the morning of the next day, he found out that his assumingly nuclear energy was so much inferior than the practical and tested nuclear energy
One reason was that its heat even though it was similar, it was still a tad bit far from the original nuclear that was drop in Japan during world War, in this term he can say that his assuming nuclear reciprocation was a lot inferior than what the scientist back then had discovered
"This is quite complicated... . . No! This is truly complicated" muttered Kaido
Looking at the three different Uranium stones, Kaido couldn't help but sigh at his lack of understanding about such scientific subject
Back then the only reason that he was somewhat smart and always using his brain on such particular matter was because he was forced to study scientific subjects when he was apprehended by the scientists who uses espers for their own benefits
At that time the scientist discovered that his esper abilities can become stronger as he grows knowledgeable on particular elements
Unlikely since he was forced to study different chemical formulas, its changes, reactions, and byproduct, this in turn causes his brain to somewhat ache from the sudden force of knowledge input
In order to accommodate more knowledge and for him to become the ideal killing machine, he has undergone numerous experimentations and surgery that specifically enhances his thinking process
Luckily his will to survive was so strong that only anger and hatred was left in him from those times
Remembering those memories Kaido suddenly leaned on his chair and held his forehead to alleviate the aching pain
Sometimes he wondered that back then, when the girl at the age of about not sure if 8 ys old and also was titled as the daughter of a certain woman scientist that he was about to kill with a gun, if somehow he ignored the girl and have pulled the trigger, would things somehow end differently
Very likely that if he chooses that particular choice, he would've have still be alive back in his world and live the life of being hunted
Him escaping was like a bomb being missing among the populace, if he did was able to live that day, would he even survive for about a year when the whole world was hunting him down?
As he thought of this he was also sure that if he did do differently he would surely fall into despair back then and be all alone unlike now where he accumulated such asset in order for him to benefit and able to return back to his world
As he did have a clear goal in mind as he pick his choices and made decisions, his particular decisions however was also not affecting only him but also his surroundings
Due to his actions he have brought the empire into chaos and have made it successfully split into two factions the king Emperor side and the Queen Empress side
No matter which side wins doesn't matter to him at all, what matters is the result
Followingly he also managed to make the Ingra kingdom become his assurance that would aid him in his every beck and call like a loyal dog
This time sonce he was at the Beastman Country, surely he is also expecting on what would happen, maybe either acquire new asset or create another enemy
As he stood up he took a blade and slit a part of his skin and saw that somehow he was regenerating, all he know about muscles and skin was that they were just a bunch of cells formed together like how earth was formed by collision of rocks
But somehow noticed that from the very first day he has already the skill to regenerate his body, even the injuries itself
Despite all that things, he still can't control things like bones, blood, tissue and etc. Mainly the reason for this was that he learned about elements and chemicals solely because he was forced to do us on such subjects leaving him to be ignorant on human biology
He was just a first year when he was taken away, all he knows back then where ordinary elements such as.the four basic nature elements, because of practically not finishing his schooling of high-school he was instead not taught of anything about human biology causing him to be ignorant on that particular matter
Back on the part of Uranium, even though Kaido had a solid structure of what its looks like, this in turn wasn't he wanted at all
Instead of solid uranium he prefers liquid Uranium, cause through the process of converting it from solid to liquid particle, only the latter part can clearly show why it is dangerous
One factor of this was its radiation that can literally kill anything
One more thing was that in order to create an effective nuclear bomb, he would needed to have atleast 50 kg of uranium which is enough to compare to the very first nuclear bomb
Replicating such chemical until it reach 50 kg wasn't hard for him, whats hard for him rather was the process
Nevertheless he has already taken a step further on wielding nuclear energy as he exhibits his control over his palm
On his palm was a nuclear energy that is resulted to the compacted Uranium of about 50kg, even if he manage to control it during this time and even make it deform itself, the stability of such element was still out of the question
If he made a mistake of handling this tiny speck of nuclear energy in his palm, he would be instead be responsible for the sudden explosion that is enough to destroy a whole kingdom's capital
Surprisingly Melfina suddenly appeared behind him followed by Sarah and the others
This adrupt and surprising entrance however greatly shocked him that he almost spill the nuclear energy and accidentally killing all of them
Quickly before anything bad happens, he dispersed the nuclear enrgy allowing it to return to the nature itself before facing his unattended visitors
"This better be good or else you'll bear the responsibility of almost wiping us out of existence"
After staring at him with full of confusion, Sarah in turn reported to him
"Kaido-sama! Please I beg you! Save her highness Ingrid!!!" Begged Sarah as she bowed earnestly towards Kaido
Seeing this kaido simply replied while returning his gaze back at the stones
"Ingrid? I believe she is a combatant princess, she won't be in danger anytime soon... . . In fact I believe that she can protect protect herself"
After hearing that Sarah clencjed her fist as she told him what the soldiers have informed her
"Her highness... . . She was abducted by the Beastman hero Alduin, we all know how fond he is with woman, I believe that the safety of her highness is in danger" she explained
Gkancing back at her kaido clearly stated
"Then she's with the hero! Of course being with the hero isn't a dangerous place right?"
"I know but... . . But we know he likes to sleep with woman back in his kingdom... . . What if... . . What if her highness was violated by that sick bastard? Don't you care at all?" Asked Sarah as she clearly knows Ingrid's Important person
By using this she was trying to probed on their relationship, but surprisingly Kaido's response greatly shocked her
"Then she attracted the attention of the hero? Then that's her fault, her circumstances doesn't concern me at all"
At that reply Sarah finally snapped as she rushes forward and grabbed kaido by his collar, following that she punched kaido straight to the face and the latter himself received it with his cheeks
"You... . . Incompetent bastard!!! Dont you have atleast a little bit of care on her highness feelings? She trusted you, she protected you, cared for you, and possibly loved you and yet what? You dare say that her circumstances doesn't concern you?" She howled
In reply to that Kaido said
"Release me!"
But ignoring his will Sarah shook him as she stated
"What did the princess even see in you? What made her always take your side? You don't even deserve her affection!"
At that Kaido forcefully pulled her grip off of his collar as he turned around and wipes the blood that trickled on his lips
"I'm not so dense to not know that she has feelings for me, but that is not my current priority"
"Then whats your priority? Your safety?" Argued Sarah
"It's revenge"
Hearing the unexpected answer Sarah herself took a step back as she stared at Kaido
"For now that is my goal, we won't know what will happen in the future, but I'm sure that i want my revenge" he said
"Thats why I can't reciprocate her feelings... . . For now atleast" he muttered
As their argument goes on, the other however was quite shock to witness someone to actually dare to argue with Kaido upfront much likely punch him
Even Melfina was surprised by the development
"Then what if I give you another reason to make a move against the beastman hero? Will you move?" Asked Sarah
After pondering for a bit Kaido answered
"Hmm... . . Maybe yeah"
Right at that moment some problem arises outside the tent as if someone was forcing their way in
When they got out of the tent to check unto the matter, they were quite surprised to see Okou together with Zia, Sui and pablo being surrounded by the Empire's men
On that occasion Luke immediately claimed to know the visitors as he stepped up and confirms it
When the situation calmed down Sui came running towards him as she cried and told him what happened
"Papa! Papa!... . . Mama! She was taken by the soldiers, they said that the king and the Beastman hero wanted to see her"
Hearing that familiar term Kaido finally sigh dejectedly as he glanced atbthe worried Sui
Of course since practically kaido was the one taking care of her when hes around, he was somehow quite attached to this so called daughter of his
After thinking it through he pulled Sui unto his arms and glanced back at Sarah
"Looks like that horndog hero has finally managed to cross the line of my patience... . . I'm going to kill him"
