Zeke decided to write the materials down on our arms with a marker.
I asked why he didn't just write it on paper and he said, "It makes too much noise when wrinkled."
We understood and went outside again with our weapons and we each had a backpack. This time I carefully picked handfuls of pebbles and carefully put them in my pocket except one. Sasha was about to ask why until I threw it at a bush on the other side of the street. The monsters near us went to that bush and tore it apart. Sasha now understood.
"We need to go to a nearby store stealthily and quietly. I'll be chucking pebbles so that the monsters go away from us," I whispered to Sasha.
After a good 8 minutes of stealthy walking, we reached the nearest store which had around 20 monsters near it. I chucked 5 pebbles so that all 20 of them would hear it, which they did. I accidentally threw the pebbles at them instead of near them and most of them hit their hollow skulls. The monsters near the monsters that got hit heard this and tore the monsters that got hit apart. I watched them and I realized that we have to injure the brain in some sort of way to kill them. They were like normal zombies but looked much weirder. They also came in different sizes and had green blood, the bigger ones were most likely stronger. They must have some power over the monster system. There were now only 3 big monsters, 5 medium monsters, and 7 small sized monsters. I decided to hit the big and the medium ones first with the pebbles. Once I threw the 8 pebbles at them the small ones tried to tear them apart but could not individually. When a group of small monsters got a big monster it was torn apart. While those monsters were fighting, we slipped into the store. There was a person sobbing behind the desk all crawled up. She looked like a worker and about 17.
Sasha said to her, "It's okay. You're alright now."
She took a quick peek at us to see if we were humans and then turned around. She must have been comparing us to those monsters. She then stood up very quietly and then turned around.
She asked, "How have you two stayed alive in this disaster? I just stayed in this place since I was working here."
"Well, you're lucky to survive. Do you have TNT or semtex, ammonium nitrate, diesel oil or fuel oil, or gunpowder?" I asked.
A second later I got a slap in the back of my head from Sasha which seemed to cheer the female worker up.
"Don't be so rude Sean! And may we get your name please?" Sasha said politely.
The female worker said, "Rosetta, Rose for short and yes, we have ammonium nitrate and fuel oil but no TNT or Semtex nor do we have gunpowder."
She brought us to the items and asked, "Why would you need all of this?"
I answered, "Some of our group members are smart brainiacs who want to create a rocket launcher so we can kill these monsters as a whole group. By the way, do you wanna join?"
"YES! I need to stay alive," Rose exclaimed.
