Samael continues running, he knows that if they caught him again he wouldn't be able to escape once again. He doesn't know what will happen to him once they manage to get their hands on him. He might even experience things more horrible than death.
As he was running he noticed Ignez waving at him on the corner signaling him to follow him. Immediately Samael turned into the corner following his friend; perhaps if Ignez wasn't there earlier he wouldn't be able to escape those guys.
Yes, it was indeed through Ignez's help, Samael was able to escape the young lord and his men. He knew that the young lord and that blond man with him is strong but he never thought that they would be that tough. If Samael stayed there any second he wouldn't know if he wouldn't be able to hold on any longer. He indeed underestimated their abilities and it came back to bite him back.
As they were running suddenly Samael's knees couldn't keep it any longer. He stumbles and falls down to the ground vomiting a mouthful of blood. His inside indeed is badly damaged from that electric attack that blond young man did.
Noticing his friend's bad condition, Ignez runs back to him worriedly.
" Samael! " he called and examined Samael's situation. Seeing his friend's pale face as he continued to vomit his own blood Ignez looked around.
This place is still not safe. Ignez thought as he helped Samael up, wrapping Samael's arm around his neck while he wraps his arms on his waist helping his friend stabilize his balance. Together they walked toward a more secluded place, where soldiers wouldn't easily find him.
Seeing a cave nearby, Ignez helped Samael in the cave and used his coat to cover the ground and then he slowly laid Samael on his coat. Even though they were told to immediately meet up at the meeting place, Ignez knew that with Samael's current situation he needs to rest.
Ignez once again looked at his friend. Samael is drenched in sweat, his eyebrows are wrinkled and it looks like he's in great pain.
" Samael?" Ignez calls and walks towards his friend and holds his forehead checking his temperature.
" You have a fever!" Ignez said as he felt his hand being burned.
He immediately searched his bag for some medicine and made Samael drink it. He then ran outside and looked around trying to find any source of water. Luckily there's a nearby spring around the cave. He drank and took some for Samael, on the way he also managed to get a few fruits to eat.
This might help them for a day or two. If only he knew medicine he would have helped his friend more.
He knew the second brother and the other elders suspect Samael as a spy, but through the time he spends in the camp Samael never did or act suspicious. It also seems that he's not lying when he said that he has lost his memories; Nevertheless he needs to tell second brother and the other their current situation.
Ignez looked around going to a secluded place as he took a gold earring with an ocean blue gem in the center. The pressed the gem and suddenly it starts to vibrate slowly turning into a blood red color.
" Ignez? Are you okay? Where are you ? Are you with Samael? " a voice came to the gem. If Xian would be able to see this, it would certainly remind him of a phone from his world.
" Second brother. I'm fine and yes I'm with Samael. We are currently hiding Samael is in bad condition, he fought with a very strong opponent and was injured severely. Though I have already fed him some medicine, I'm afraid that we would hold you guys back if we go there. Go on the camp without us, we'll somehow find a way to get back." Ignez said, explaining the situation to the second brother.
Hearing what Ignez said, the second brother didn't talk for a while, perhaps thinking about their next action. Sighing the second brother knew what is best given their current position.
" Make sure to immediately come back to the camp. We'll be waiting for the both of you" the second brother said.
Ignez smiled. " Of course second brother, we'll be there before you know it." Ignez said as the second brother smiled and cut the communication.
Ignez sighed and put back the communication device in his bag and once again looked at his surroundings before going toward the cave where he left his friend.
As he walked in the cave he saw Samael drenched in sweat facing his head left and right, groaning in pain. Ignez immediately runs towards his friend, touching his forehead to check his temperature once again.
It seems that his temperature increases rather than decreases. Ignez then took a clean towel in his bag and soak it in water and then put it on Samael's forehead, hoping to somehow lower his temperature.
Ignez then stayed beside his friend wanting to do something to help, but he didn't know what to do. He is not a physician, he doesn't know anything to heal a person. All he knows is to feed him the medicine given to him after that he is completely clueless.
Looking at his suffering friend Ignez couldn't help but clench his fist and bite his lip. He's so powerless. Samael made himself a bait for the other brothers to be able to escape from the lord, he faced a group of soldiers alone, and fought toe to toe with the man who's as powerful as their second brother, and here he is unable to do something for him but to watch him suffer.
He just hoped that Samael would be able to go through this, because right now all he can do is pray and believe that they would be able to go back home together.
