You lay back at your bed, resting your tired body, soul and mind. You sighed as you stared blankly at the ceiling thinking of all the things the three said to you.
Hansol looked at you, "I guess you haven't heard of this since you only came here we're high school already. Well the truth is Lee Jihoon and Kwon Soonyoung is step brothers."
"Step brothers!?" you exclaimed, surprised of the fact.
"Soonyoung's parents actually divorced when he was young, then his mother married another man. The man that his mother had married actually had a son which is Jihoon. Since, Soonyoung is under the custody of his mother, he is forced to live with his new family." Mingyu told you the story.
"The two of them don't really get along well. They both hold a great rivalry at each other and they even brought it at school. But that great rivalry ended in a rest when Soonyoung left to Japan during our last year at Middle School." Hansol added.
"But now that Soonyoung is back everything will be starting to get intense again plus it is our last year in High School." said Wonwoo while staring at the sky.
You cheated Wonwoo. You did the same; you looked at the sky above as it gets darker each second. The cold wind blew and the same time the evening star went out. Your mind wondered what will happen in the future.
"{Carat}" you heard a knock from the door of your room.
You rose up from your bed and opened the door. You were surprised to see you mother crying.
"Mom?" your voice full of worry called her.
She hugged you tightly, "Grandma is dead."
You broke in to a run. Running away from home, trying to forget what you have heard. You keep telling to yourself you heard nothing. You gripped that small gift tightly at your hand so it won't fall as you run.
That gift was your Grandmother's present and also her last present for you. You won't be receiving anymore from her. Your mother handed you that gift before you ran away.
You stopped running when you finally spotted a lonely bench at the side of the street. You take a sit at that bench and stared at the gift before you opened it. When you opened it you saw a beautiful ribbon. You smiled. Your grandmother really loved ribbons.
You were about to touch that beautiful ribbon that is still rested at its box but a cold wind blew. It joined the light ribbon with it. You tried your best to reach it but it just got farther and farther away.
You sat back at the bench with dismay. Your tears fell and you called yourself stupid for losing that precious thing.
The wind blew that ribbon farther and farther. Lost, it doesn't know where it will go. It just let itself be blown until it landed on the ground. Someone who is a passerby saw that ribbon. He picked it up and he kept that ribbon into the pocket of his coat. That someone believes that red ribbon belonged to someone and someday he'll see that owner.
