I woke up in a the most uncomfortable bed. I sat up and looked around realizing it was uncomfortable because it wasn't a bed but a dirt field. There were men in armor with swords fighting all around me. Then a man in black and purple armor came up to me he raised his sword and swung it towards my neck. But before I could feel the steel blade cut through my flesh a white light blinded my vision. When it subsided I saw a little girl about five years old staring at me.

"Are you stupid you were just going to let your head cut off!" she yelled.

"Where am I?" I asked ignoring her previous statement. Looking around the new environment I couldn't see anything except the little girl but it seemed to be an endless expanse of a field. Not completely unlike the one I almost died.

"You'd think she be smarter I mean her file said she had a 184 IQ" the little girl mumbled.

"Sorry waking up on a battlefield is disorienting" I said coldly.

"You were chosen to transmigrate here by your ancestors."

"Why?"

"They needed someone to uphold their legacy as war heroes."

"So I'm basically a substitute for whoever this was."

"Yes, she died on that field but the world still needed her. Her name was the same as your Siye Bae Woo."

"Tell my ancestors that I want no part of this."

"If you don't do it many will die."

"Then let them die who told them to be so weak." I said and stared at the little girl coldly. Then she started to cry getting louder and louder as I ignored her. After 10 minutes of this I was done and started to walk away.

"Wait master we need you." She wailed.

"What do I get out of helping you?" I asked.

"This time period has the best wine, and deserts." she said. Though it was a well kept secret I had love of good wine and sweets most people weren't aware so it made it hard for them to win me over. But with a good bottle of wine and cake I would help some people.
