Han Qingshan looked at Jiang Yingyue and tenderness flashed in his eyes. He could not help but feel that she was somewhat ditzy, and he reached out his hand to caress her head, but she retreated from his grasp, her eyes slightly red.
"Tell me first!" she demanded, and Han Qingshan could only shake his head in defeat.
"Has anyone ever told you that you are quite slow sometimes?" he asked her, his words causing Jiang Yingyue to frown. Why was she slow?
Han Qingshan could feel her puzzlement, and he sighed. She was indeed slow.
"Come with me," he said and went into the sitting room. Jiang Yingyue followed, her heart was beating rapidly, and she was nervous.
Still, she followed him into the sitting room and slowly sat down next to him, wondering if he would give her an answer or keep her hanging.
"You asked me if I like you," Han Qingshan started, "I want to ask you the same question, do you like me?"
