As I walked through the streets of Cedar Rapids, Iowa I decapitated goblins here and there and ran into other beasties such as the ugly falmer. Sneaking up to about 20 feet from a falmer, I pulled down my bow and knocked an arrow. Taking a slow steady breath, I pulled the string back focusing my sight on the creature's head, I let loose the arrow and mentally cheered in satisfaction as its pale corpse hit the pavement. Getting back to my feet, I walked up to the creature and swiftly decapitated it for good measure and removed my arrow and placed it back into my quiver after cleaning the arrowhead on the falmers armour. Standing back up, I clenched my fist and looked to the heavens in defiance. I won't take any chances; this isn't a game after all. It's real life. Straightening out my arm to the side, I shake the blood off of my blade before sheathing it.
As I was making my way toward the downtown area from the southwest side of town, I heard a woman crying for help and the lewd laughter of several men. Great. So now we're going down the gang bang route? As a cold glint flashes through my eyes, I walk into the open garage with my blade drawn and said, "Perfect, some rapists, my blade grows thirsty!" Looking up in confusion, one of the men laughed. However his laughter was cut short as I swiftly cut him in half. Screaming in terror the other men made a break for it as I yet again cleaned my blade and knelt in front of yet another peerless beauty. Taking off my helmet, I looked the woman in the eyes before saying, "It's a dog eat dog world now. Grow strong, strong enough so men will fear you and not even dare to touch you. Rise up to the occasion and become legend!" Little did I know, that at this moment the birth of the Legendary Blood Queen was born. But that's a story for another time.
Replacing my helmet, I sighed as I headed outside again. After all my family and friends are out in this mess! Stopping for a second, I decided to check my status.

Nice! I picked up some skills during combat after all! This is so game like! However, my system put a damper on my excitement at this moment.

Oh well, let's continue on to the downtown area! Surveying the area for more surprises, I quickly got onto a skateboard that I found and rocketed down the hill making my way to F Avenue. Stopping outside of the Casey's gas station, I walked inside and noticed the place was deserted. Shaking my head, I walked over to the energy drink area and grabbed a Monster. Placing a few bills on the counter, I then opened my visor and began to drink as I headed back outside and began walking down F Avenue. Let's check on the heart of the city!
