From where he stood, Ren saw a strange ripple just inside the door. It was as if an invisible barrier was covering the entire room. He suddenly realized that this strange woman, who was looking at herself with a smile, was not as funny as she said.
When he looked at Nuren as if waiting for an answer, he realized that the woman who was struggling with herself was approaching, and continued to stand still.
"What I'm going to give you right now is not a curse, a bad mark, or a blessing. It's something that will make a lot of people in the universe envy you. Therefore, you'd better not tell anyone what happened now. Its your desicion."
"What I'm going to give you will make you look like a member of my family. So you can enter the cube as if you were a descendant of Auriel."
After weighing Ren's actions a little, Nuren finally smiled more and decided to do what she had planned.
"This place was built only for those who have the blood of my family. That's why I give you my own blood. Normally, even a drop of it is enough for a temporary time. But your sister wants to make a privilege for you."
Before Nuren could even finish her sentence, she lifted her finger and moved it too fast to be seen with the naked eye. There was a small red spot on the tip of her finger. Before Ren could react, Nuren waved her finger at 7 different parts of the boy's body. She didn't even need to make contact to transfer blood.
Each time the woman waved a finger, a strange ache appeared in different parts of Ren's body. For example, first, there was a feeling of impact in the right leg and once in the left leg. Then just below his tummy, on his chest, on his arms at the points just below his shoulders, and on his forehead.
He felt the same pain in exactly seven different places, but all of them hurt for only one second. Nuren smiled and leaned closer to Ren, as if to show that it was okay. Her smile was warm, not like her previous teasing.
She threw the jacket she had pressed against her body with her left hand. With an almost naked body and a sweet smell, she took Ren's head between her hands. Ren had no control over what happened. The black-haired woman kissed Ren on the lips. It was in a motion that felt slow but swift at the same time.
After a few seconds of contact, she smiled and took the jacket off the floor and walked to the door. Nuren left behind a little boy who was bewildered by what had happened.
He couldn't think right now.
Ren took a staggering step, both excited and driven by a strangeness in his body that he didn't yet understand. When he got to the door, he didn't even care about the warning. His head was so empty that he took a step without even caring whether he would die or not when he entered.
But nothing happened. He went to Nuren and continued to stare at the open door behind him like he was drunk.
"What I just did was something that was necessary so that my blood would n't hurt you inside. So excuse this sister from getting your first kiss. I'm sure your future lovers will understand your recovery."
Looking at the joking face of the woman who had calmed the boy with a laugh, Ren nodded, somewhat understanding the situation. But it was very difficult for him to forget the feelings inside him and the lips he had just now. He was red up to his ears.
Nuren was smiling outwardly. But inwardly she thought of the fanfare that would be caused by what she had done.
She somehow could hear all the anger of her family in the upper realms. "My strength level is way up. But for the first time I liked a man. I couldn't let a man I liked for the first time die just because he is small and had an illness in his stomach.
And there are very few things that can completely save you from this kind of disease. I gave 7 drops of blood to your body. And a drop from your mouth. I hope one day you won't understand what "actually" is what I've done.
I'd be so embarrassed if you found out."
Nuren weighed what she was going through without reflecting it on her face. But when she saw Ren's expression, she couldn't help but laugh with a loud voice. After all, she was even named "The Laughing Pandora". She would never have gotten this name if she hadn't had a nature that always chose to laugh and ignore the serious matters.
When Ren finally cleared his head, he realized that the inside was strangely similar to the outside. The walls inside were made of an unfamiliar metal. Inside, there was a bed, a closet, a desk, and two unidentified doors. The walls, floors and ceiling were made of metal, making the interior look like a metal cube, literally.
The only thing inside that wasn't black and gray in color was the bed. The bed had a completely girlish structure. It was a meter above the ground in a way Ren had never seen before. Compared to the beds they used in their own home, he was sure it was much more comfortable. It had fluffy pillows and a puffy duvet. The entire bed was yellow except for a picture of a strange creature with wings on the quilt.
Ren stood there as there was nowhere to sit inside. He waited for Nuren, who closed the door behind him and activated many locks behind her. When she was finally done, Nuren walked over to Ren and gestured to the side of the table. Suddenly, two very comfy looking armchairs appeared.
Ren wasn't even sure if it was some kind of magic. After all, no matter how powerful the mages may be, they can't create two huge items in one breath. It wasn't possible, at least within the limits of Ren's mind. But always smiling woman next to him could do it.
They sat down and started talking. Nuren tested Ren's general knowledge. Once she learned everything Ren knew about magic, she began to share with Ren some of the secret information that powerful people valued, including her own family.
For example, Nuren said that people who both follow the path of sorcery and warriorship are found everywhere in the high realms. She explained that those realms were formed by the grouping of the most powerful planets of the universe and some political events. The most important thing she said was when she talked about who rules the universe.
"Isn't it God?" Ren was only an eight-year-old boy. He had a basic creator belief and surprised by the answer.
"I said I am a god too, Ren, and no. The person who rules the universe is someone far beyond the level of God. The gods only rule over mortals who have chosen to be below them. A god gets strength only from those who believe in him and follow him. That's what religions are for.
But those beyond God do not need the faith of mortals to control the living. They are intertwined with the universe, even with other universes. They are incomprehensible creatures. There is a person at this level in the universe we live in. And it is said that he rules all of us."
Ren's mouth fell open most of the time as he learned legends, stories, and some tangible facts about their universe.
..
After spending more than three hours talking in the room, Nuren remembered that the little boy must have been very hungry. And he let Ren leave to eat out and see his family, too. After all, Ren hadn't eaten since morning and hadn't told his mother what had happened at the training check.
Although Ren felt the urgency about his mother, he never thought of his father. The man who took such good care of himself and taught his son life lessons with different jobs every day had been missing for the past few days, but Ren didn't care. This attitude towards his father was evident in both his mother and the people around him. No one had noticed. All of them were carelessly ignoring this man.
Ren crawled out of the cave and started running towards the warehouses where his mother worked.

-Inside The Cube-
Nuren, who tied her long black hair behind her back, lay on her bed, hugging the jacket she was holding tightly. It took a lot of work to suppress her unstable feelings as she inhaled the scent of a young man coming from the jacket. Finally, she turned his eyes away and looked somewhere behind her and spoke as if in conversation.
"He doesn't care at all about the barriers you put up. An 8-year-old boy who can come here for a few days in a row. My family would be horrified to hear about this hahahah...
Why do you think your powers and barriers don't work on Ren, Cube?"
There were two other doors in the room besides the entrance door. In front of the left one of these doors, an invisible vibration came out in the air. A small beam of light appeared. A unique voice, uncertain whether it was young or old from the light, answered.
"Out of the possibilities I have in mind, I have two plausible and one illogical answers. But whichever side you want to hear, you cannot hear the other guess. My system commands me to let you hear only one. Which do you want to hear?"
Nuren answered without thinking. "Your system works a little weird. Of course, say what makes sense. You have at least two ideas in this side."
Cube," he spoke in a stern but respectful voice.
"The illness that spread to the boy's chest almost brought him to the brink of death. The illness was so strong that even the boy's mother did not notice, as it had almost no side effects until just before death. My first guess is that this mansion, of which I am a small part, did not see the boy as a threat. and let it pass.
Nuren nodded, deciding that it made sense.
"As for my second guess, this mansion knows you are in it and knows your character. It may be that cube may have wanted to please you. By inviting a man to your doorstep that it was sure, you would love.
Let's take into account that the cave that the boy said he entered from, wasn't there until a few days ago. The Mansion, of which I am a part of, dug a doorway the moment the boy approached here, and took the boy through a hole. It may have done it because it knew you would be happy.
These are my guesses that make sense, my lady."
Nuren started tossing and turning on the bed, smiling and remembering Ren's cute face. She no longer cared about the other option that Cube hadn't said. She waved her hand and cheerfully commanded. "Restore this place until Ren returns."
The small space, which had only a bed, table, armchairs, and closet, suddenly expanded. The brightness of the interior has increased by several levels. All of a sudden, computers, screens with images, advanced technology machines that seem to work with energy appeared. Different voices could be heard from all sides, but the woman lying in the bed did not seem bothered.
The walls and ceiling turned blue, and the floor turned red. The shape of the room was now the same as Nuren usually used.
The guardian of the Auriel House, Cube's glow had faded slowly and disappeared.
