The world Society has undergone many changes over the years

because nuke bombs, chimical bombs that pollute too much,

so every governements had to change his cards to play; thus creating a window for the mafia that it could acquire new power thanks to the devolution of nations due to the fact that they were committed to rebuilding their military power. In the beginning there was only a slight increase in the underworld, but after hundreds of years, these organizations conquered the world with a new

discovery of science in the field of drugs and doping. The name of this discovery is called DPOG

(Doping,Power,Of,God) and its function in the human body is to partially alter the DNA for improve some characteristics of the body(example strenght, speed,resistance exc...)but this drug had a hide effect;gave super power(a special ability that permits to make something to impossible for a normal human). In the 3500s the mafia had overturned the seats of power,with a new army composed to

super humans. So the States had to do something to reverse the situation and bring things

back to normal ;the solution that they found was also create their super humans.For do that

They captured all the scientists who have collaborated with criminals organizzations

to reproduce the same drug used by villains. At the last the world is divided in two side

bad(mafia, crazy criminals,serial killer, exc,.....)and good(Heroes, Associations of heroes).
