[Grandora City, Conference Room]
Gathered inside the conference room, various surviving leaders, representatives, and presidents are inside as they were about to discuss about the recent incident that had endangered their lives. Even though this is called a conference, the number of participants are far less in comparison to their previous conference and this is all due to the fact that many of them died from that said incident.
Soon after Head General Alex followed by Head Chief Oliver and Luitenant Owen, then entered the room as everyone became silent upon seeing the bandages wrapped around both the Head general and Luitenant. From their state alone, both of them must have fought fiercely agaisnt the opponents which nevertheless ended up as their defeat.
After all everyone heard the news about America's downfall. Thankfully Head General Alex was strong enough to stall the enemy until all of the citizens manage to escape from the city. This result is a little tad better than the other city who failed to even protect anything.
Seeing the almost empty conference which was often filled with people in the past, Head General Alex couldn't help but feel bitter as he couldn't believe what had just happened to the remainder of humanity in this incident.
With all the remaining humans gathered in one place, they were all like cornered rats with nowhere to escape. So if per chance this city falls, then the extinction of humanity is at hand and no one can stop it. This was their last stand.
"Before we start the conference, I would like to ask... Where's the prime minister of China?" Asked by Head General Alex
Hearing his questions, the representative of China then spoke.
"The prime Minister and the rest of the governments are dead, they weren't able to escape"
"The prime Minister is dead? Even though China has a lot of strong agents on their side? Who are you then?"
"I'm the representative of the Chinese refugee group... I was picked by the people to represent the country, I know that I may be but a common person, but please let me honor my country by being its representative"
Upon seeing the Chinese representative bowed his head towards him, Alex then released a sigh, as he then allowed his presence and asked further.
"I'll allow it, is there anything else I need to be informed of?"
In that moment a kid who is in a dignified outfit rose his hand as he said.
"I do, I'm the remaining member of the royal family of the great Britain... the queen and the rest of my family stayed behind to protect our country while I was forced to evacuate to this city... even though it's saddens me, but I need to take over my grandmother's place in order to ease of what remains of my people"
"You... how old are you?"
"14... I'm 14"
Fourteen years old, a teenager, a sold kid who was the only one remaining to the British royal family. If what the kid had said is true, then the queen was dead.
Afterwards Head General Alex learned that no one in Russia managed to survive, while it will take time for the remaining Filipino citizens to get to this city due to their people being ambushed by the chaos beings, which forced them to enforce guerilla warfare agaisnt the enemy. As of the rest, some were bad news, while some were good news.
Soon after the conference officially started.
"Alright! Now that everyone is updated on the current events, it is time for us to discuss on what to do in our current situation... as everyone knows, this city is our last bastion, the last fortress, our last stand... so no matter what if the enemy attacks us, there is nowhere for us to escape"
"...."
"Since that is the case, we need to thoroughly plan our defense, so if anyone of you have any suggestion, please speak up"
After Head General Alex said that, the representative of Belgium raised his voice and said.
"I may not be experienced enough in a defensive battle, but the way I see this city, u couldn't help but be overwhelmed by its defenses... don't anyone think that this city's defenses is enough?"
From that statement, the president of Alaska then said.
"We also saw it and some also share your opinion, however we must not underestimate our opponent... the enemy this time is on a whole new level, I don't think this city's defenses are enough to hold down the enemy"
"Then why don't we just manufacture a new weapon to fight them? Money is not an option" Asked by the representative of Israel
"Its not about money, it's about time, do you think the enemy would just leave this city alone, now that they know that all the remaining humans are in this city?" Asked by the prime minister of South Korea
"He's right! As far as we know the enemy might just be regrouping themselves in order to push a one huge wave of enemy towards this city, we need an immediate solution, not a solution that would take years to perfect" said by the representative of Thailand
In that moment Head General Alex then turned towards Head Chief Oliver and asked.
"What about you Chief? Do you have any solution?"
Hearing that question, Head Chief Oliver answered.
"I don't know if this is a solution, but our weapon manufacturing group found another possible main core weapon for our military force, we call it photon"
"Photon? A new power source aside from Klein Energy?" Asked by Luitenant Owen by surprise
"Yes! In comparison to Klein energy, photon energy is much more pure and a complete opposite energy from Klein energy... if Klein energy can be called chaotic, then photon energy can be called calm and pure"
"Is that so? So does this photon energy of yours much more powerful than Klein energy which is destructive?" Asked by Head General Alex
"I believe yes based on the analysis we had conducted, photon energy is 5 times more stronger than Klein energy"
"Preposterous! 5 times?" Asked by the prince of the British royal lineage.
"Yes 5 times, plus additional to its strength, it is also easily changed and empowered because in comparison to Klein energy which needs mana to be charged, photon energy only needs the radiation of the planet, and with the state of our planet today, the earth has the most rich radiation there is in all generations. Meaning this generation could be the golden era of photon energy"
"Thats great! We can take photon energy into account, is there anything else?" Asked by Head General Alex
Upon hearing that, Head Chief Oliver hesitated for a bit, before saying.
"There is one, but I don't think you will like it"
"Try us"
"I suggest we ask for the aid of the imprisoned chaos ability users"
Upon hearing that suggestion, everyone in the room couldn't help but react, as such request was literally dangerous and insane
