Upon hearing August words, Viktor then scrutinized about it for a bit, before looking out towards the horizon as he spoke.
"Even if you use Argie to control the dead, he would still have the full authority over them... unless you apply that child's ability, those revived people wouldn't be categorized as dead since they are alive... It will be quite a risky maneuver August... Pulling out those dead away from Argie's authority using the child's ability, don't you think he wouldn't notice?"
"I know he's smart enough to notice what we attempt to do Viktor, the real question is can he even do it?"
At that Viktor once more reevaluated Argie's circumstances as he imagined a scenario where he would be fully suppressed by August at the very end. After all among all the people present, aside from the child's ability, August himself is the strongest personnel present. Plus if Argie did ever make his move, he would be quickly taken down by the other surviving members of the terrorist group.
This time however he wouldn't be taken down with the means of capturing him alive, but rather killing him completely. In fact every member of the terrorist group would be glad to kill Argie from where he stands, after all he is the reason of their downfall.
On the other hand if August did accomplish of reviving the dead, their grudge would then subside as their fear of death would be extinguished since they had the capability to actually revive themselves. In other words they would like gods in their own domain.
Amidst that August then muttered in the cold snowy air.
"How do you define life?"

"According to what was taught of us life is a quality that distinguishes matter that has biological processes, such as signaling and self-sustaining processes, from that which does not, and is defined by the capacity for growth, reaction to stimuli, metabolism, energy transformation, and reproduction. Various forms of life exist, such as plants, animals, fungi, protists, archaea, and bacteria. Biology is the science that studies life... but can we really define life as it is?"

"I mean who even defined life from the very beginning? who said that life's definition is that way? what is it basis? If the very person who defined life by such things, then from what sources did he apply? Is it through observation? study? or something he made up with just to say it is the definition of life?"
"... Maybe through study?" asked by Viktor as he just played along.
"Study? but isn't the very first study made that is categorized to life is based on observation? based on the words of an expert a research or study based on observation is completely baseless and false... if that was the case, then wasn't the origin of everything that was studied through observation for our knowledge is also baseless and false?"

"I think the definition of life is based on how we defined it ourselves... there is a different meaning of life for every person and what I'm about to accomplish is something how i defined life as it is"
The moment Viktor heard his word, he couldn't help but feel goosebumps crawl all over him as he looked sternly towards August. After thinking about his words for a little, Viktor then suddenly remembered something as he took out a notebook they had confiscated from Argie's belongings as he opened it up towards a certain page as he pointed it out to August.
"By the way! what shall we do about this information?"
When August heard Viktor's question, he then looked over towards the notebook as he saw some numbers, name of predicted location, the date, and even what was in that day and place.
Based on what was written on the notebook around about the year 2032 the elites will descend to this world and cause another apocalypse to happen. The reason why the notebook called them elites is because Argie still doesn't have a definite explanation on what those monster would look like, thus he sticks on with elites.
Just like what the elites mean, the monster's who would descend to the world just like the chaos beings descending on earth during 2020 apocalypse, would wield much greater strength, speed, intellect, and destructiveness than its primary comparison. If the chaos beings could be called beasts, then this newly arrival could then be classified as n intelligent species of the chaos beings.
Based on the drawing that Argie guessed, such creatures would be in a form of a humanoid shape would then bring chaos to the world once more. What's more Argie even guessed in his notes that supposedly about 10 elites would descend and accomplish something that even he "August Murim" couldn't.
Just imagining that picture, he could almost imagine just how strong this monsters that Argie had predicted will be. A destruction incomparable to the destruction the world faced back in 2020. Adding to that the current year is about 2031, meaning the arrival of this foreign species is somewhere around the corner.
Based on their interrogation towards Argie, he just pieced to0gether the information he had when he tries to invade the minds of the chaos beings he turned to corpse. after all no matter how small the chaos being's brains are, they would still held information they don't know within. Based on his findings, such guess was what came out.
With such a grand revelation in comparison to a thread of fate, August couldn't even imagine the reaction the organization would have if they learn of such upcoming apocalypse. However he has no intention at all to share such information towards the organization. For him the whole world could burn for all he cares. After all the world turned their backs on him first, thus he doesn't care if it is destroyed or invaded.
As for whether he would die for such a decision, he does not care at all.
"Do nothing about that information Viktor... better yet burn it"
"Burn it?" asked by Viktor in confusion.
"Yes burn it" answered by August resolutely.
When Viktor heard those words, he then hesitated for a bit, as he kept his displeasure in and nodded accordingly. After all the notebook contains the information regarding their futu7re. No matter what, whether one is a bad guy or a good guy, they would naturally be interested in such future and would do anything to prevent it, if such a future would lead them to death, thus his slight hesitation.
Finishing up the drink he brought, Viktor then left the area as he went back inside and leaving behind August all alone in the high place.
