Thinking all about those stuff, Argie then looked over towards Claire's cell chamber as he proceeded to ask even though he knew the answer.
"So how did you get caught? Last time i saw you was when way back in the Philippines... You know i was expecting to at least see you outside in a sunny day all grown up and mature, never did i expect to actually see you in that cell... much less in this dump place"
Upon hearing Argie's voice, Claire then slowly crawled closer towards the end of her cell facing Argie as she replied.
"They attacked the place that i was being kept... they hurt the people who tried to betray me and were nice to me... because i was their target, i have no choice but to sacrifice myself in order to let them spare Ryuuji's life"
"Ryuuji?" asked by Argie in pure curiosity towards the person.
After all even thought Ryuuji and him have fought back on earth, they don't actually know each others name, thus Argie was quite ignorant of who person was.
"Yes! He's the one who helped me when you went missing... i was able to enjoy a lot of things because of him... i was able to gaze at the sky without any trouble because of him... everyday was fun" said by Claire as he puts on a saddened face.
"Must be quite a nice person for you to put on such face" said by Argie
"Yes! Ryuuji was a good guy... including his friends... they were also nice people"
"... I see... You lived quite a wonderful life after i disappeared... must be nice... you have a person to lean on, some people who you could trust, a home that makes you feel safe, and a place which can comfort you"
"...Why are you saying that? everything happened because of you ya know"
Hearing Claire's words, Argie seemed somewhat to have misunderstood it as he puts on a bitter smile with his tired eyes.
"Indeed! Everything started with me... If only i have a strong self-control, none of this would have happened"
Hearing something unexpected, Claire couldn't help but put on a confused expression as she gave out a questioning remark.
"Huh?"
In response to that Argie also looked over to her and gave the same remark.
"What?"
"Eh?"
"Pft!!! Looks like you have talent for being a comedian kid! your expression says it all" chuckled by Argie upon seeing Claire's adorable confused look.
"No i don't understand what you mean on your words, but for me your the reason why i can experience such joyful days"
When Claire said those words, it was Argie's turn to be surprised.
"What? So that's what you mean? I see... looks like im overthinking myself... anyway you don't have to remember what i just said, in fact i suggest you forget what i said completely"
After he said that, silence then followed as the whole room became devoid of noise as both of them couldn't think of anything to talk about. However despite of that, Argie picked up another topic as he smiled brightly.
"Well looks like that guy is actually taking good care of you to the point that he intentionally leaving you out of the dangerous stuff... I'm grateful for that"
Hearing Argie's words, Claire then became even more curious on what he meant as she proceeded to ask him some questions. However Argie was quite sly as he tries to change the subject as much as possible. With that their talk continues on in this dark area justr between the two of them.

Located somewhere in the middle of the city as snow begun falling down the sky and the busy street of humanity goes on to their daily life, August is currently looking down from a high area rooftop of some building as he observed the people down below while drinking his warm coffee in this cold weather.
Looking at the people and the family walking down the street, August couldn't help but murmur to himself that such future should have been their if it weren't for the mistakes that have been done to the past.
For some reason he also couldn't help himself but see the previous deceased members in his large mercenary group from the people passing by down below. Some of them could have family, some could have been enjoying their life, some could have been fulfilling their dream, while some could have live in comfort after their daily hard work in the busy city.
However such future was easily destroyed by the reality he is facing now. The strong mercenary group of the past was no more, the kind leader the group always have became non-existent, everything changes because of one person. Even though such cause was quite impossible, it wasn't a far fetch reason at all. That was the reason why August seemed to quite hate Argie down to the bone.
In that moment Viktor approached him from behind as he two brought his own warm coffee and stood besides August.
"Cold weather were having today" said by Viktor
"..."
Upon noticing August cold glare, Viktor then coughed out a little as he proceeded on talking even more.
"You got the child who can control life and death, you have that troublemaker also secured down on your prison... meaning you already have enough power to threaten the world and even the means to torture the person who destroyed our group before... Isn't that enough to check out some task listed on your bucket list?"
"... It is enough but it isn't over"
"... I see... well I'm pretty sure getting stronger in terms of above human capability isn't the only reason why you took the child off of the organization's clutches... you have other goals in mind don't you?" asked by Viktor
Upon hearing Viktor's question, August then laughed a little as he replied.
"Being quite an observant isn't a good thing Viktor... you might just offend someone due to your probing into somethings"
"Oh please! I've known you way back when we were still a mercenary group, don't you think i already know how your mind works by now? Your planning on using that child to bring back our old comrades aren't you?"
In that moment a sudden hostile aura exploded out of August as he glared at Viktor. Buti despite his glare Viktor seemed undisturbed.
"Its quite obvious actually, the moment you learned the child can control life and death, your face seemed to have come into a conclusion... an irreversible conclusion i might say" said by Viktor
"Heh! What do you know"
"Your desecrating the dead august, it goes against the law of nature... there is a reason why the dead cant came back to life... If this goes wrong, you might start another apocalypses comparable to the event 10 years ago or maybe even worse since human genetics for the past ten years have already changed from being normal.
AT that August then turned to look at Viktor as he gave out a question.
"You really believe those movies? there is a reason why they are called fictional"
"I know what a fictional means August! But no matter how fiction they are, a fiction can also become a reality... we might not know but maybe such fiction actually exit in another parallel dimension... the way the universe and the law move is still quite a mystery August, we cant possibly deny such possibility"
"Well considering our situation, I think our world is fictional enough as it is... There is a reason why i kept him alive... his ability to control the dead is quite a useful thing if the initial plan goes awry"
At that Viktor became surprised by the sudden information he have discovered.
