[Komsomol'skana Amure]
When the whole group arrived at the small base of the chaos breaker organization that is situated in that part of the frontier of Russia. Commander officer Zhang then got off of the armored vehicle, as the rest of the group breath out the fresh air of the city. Even though it is not actually fresh due to the current times of the world wherein machinery and technology reigns supreme, it is still fresher air than the cities which uses a lot of gases in their daily lives.
While everyone stepped out of the car, Commander officer Zhang was then met by one of the executives of the branch headquarters as they both informed each other regarding their own findings in each of their own assignments. Of course such talk is still aligns with the corresponding operations. nevertheless the information of the native and locals is much more broader than the information gathered by foreign forces.
While they were talking, some technical men then rush out of the sub headquarters as they begun performing maintenance towards the armored vehicle that they had just rode to this part of the country. Ignoring the rations that was brought with them, the technical team begun to look under the car, its engine, and its inside for any signs of damage.
Even though the car wasn't that damaged to begin with since it is only used mostly for transportation, it is still appropriate to check for any malware inside it in case of malfunction in the system.
While this was being done a Russian guy who seemed to be a personnel was then tasked to lead the rest of the team towards one of the resting room of the base while the maintenance was being performed. Taking this as a sign of service, everyone then followed such personal as everyone relaxed their whole muscles from the tense atmosphere that they were carrying.
While beverages and snacks were being served, Richard then slept on the couch as he finally have time to feel relaxed from all the stress that he was under in. On the side Farid was making a maintenance on his spear as he examined his weapon for any dent edges on the bladed part of the tip. Yuti on the other hand was currently checking her bow, while Kanzaki was just leaning on the chair and munching on some sweets without any shame at all.
As if the relaxing atmosphere have finally caught up to them, Richard soon snore on his side as fell deep into slumber, while Farid moved a bit further away from him due to the noise that he was making. At the same time Yuti came beside Kanzaki as she begun asking him of question regarding his other exploits, after all no matter how many times Kanzaki talked about his experience, it seemed like Yuti kept learning something new, thus she was insistent on learning his experience.
"So about what you talked before... about... How you ever... you know experience it again?"
"What do you mean? the genetic lock thingy?"
"... Yes"
"Nope! not once... i think i was only able to experience it once due to pure luck" said by Kanzaki
"Well luck do play a huge role in our lives"
"Your right! I cant deny that"
After that silence then took over the room, as Yuti begun to struggle of thinking up topics to discuss, when suddenly Kanzaki asked her turn of experience.
"How about you? I haven't heard anything about your guys experience... i assume that you were able to go out on field missions?"
Hearing his question, Yuti hesitated for awhile, before she finally spoke her true thoughts.
"Going on field mission... that would be something to be proud of... unfortunately such an opportunity haven't come yet, in fact this is my very first field mission"
"Your very first! well i guess you better make a name for yourself in this operation, so that you would have more opportunity to go on a field mission"
Upon hearing his encouraging words, Yuti then smiled happily as she responded kindly
"Understood! I will do my best"
This time Kanzaki turned towards Farid as he asked him in turn.
"Farid! How about you? do you have any experience on a field mission?"
In response to his question, Farid puts down his spear and answered.
"I only have one track record"
"Oh! You already have a record... where was it?"
"Eastern island..."
"Stone head?"
"Yes"
Surprise of such location, Kanzaki couldn't help but exclaim in shock upon remembering the information regarding such place in the world. After all eastern island was one of the place that fell on the hands of the chaos beings during the apocalypse. Ever since its fall, the eastern island became a place full of chaos beings ranging from different ranks till the chimera part.
In the past the executive of various leaders in each place of the headquarters deemed the island to have potential of breeding more dangerous creatures if left unsupervised. Due to that the organization then came up of a solution to occasionally send some people on such place to purge some of its rapidly increasing chaos beast in order to not trigger a monster flood of such an area.
Despite that the organization still haven't succeed in eradicating the chaos beings in such place due to some reasons. First reason is because there is a chaos knight and titan living in such area. Second a variety of chimera had largely spawned in the area. Three the unknown source location of the rapidly producing chaos being. forth the abnormal landscape of the area resembling a chaotic hell. and fifth a unranked monster lurking in the area which already killed about twenty experience users already.
Due to the limited population the world had after the apocalypse. various leaders then couldn't let their members keep dying on the field due to some unknown variation. Due to that they pulled they're troops outside the eastern island and mainly focus on purging the weaker chaos beast at the edges of the border to avoid the monster flood.
Nevertheless due to the unknown variable lurking in the eastern island, no one knew when the time comes when the monsters from deep within the eastern island grow impatient and charge out into a monster flood. With that vigilance was strictly observed.
In that moment as if breaking the ice in the atmosphere, an alarm sounded out all over the city as a signal that a chaos being was attacking the city, due to that everyone was then alerted off their butts as they held unto their weapons and prepared to encounter the hostile enemy.
